Posting this for my dad.

He had inquired about doing a refund as he purchased the wrong product and needed to get the correct one. The one lady he spoke to was absolutely no help. He finally got with Deborah who actutally got him the help he needed and spent time making sure everything was handled. She is a valued employee and we appreciate her!

Ms Jeanne and Lauren were excellent assisting us with choosing security cameras! We required a lot of assistance but their smile and patience showed they didn’t mind! Thank you Lowe’s for having wonderful customer service.

Had a great experience at Lowe’s thanks to Kayla Thomas in appliance. She directed us to the perfect range for us and made us aware of the specials available through Lowes sales. Thanks for all you do.

First time in the Jacksonville NC store. I was pleasantly surprised to find they carried an additional inventory. Mostly larger and oversized equipment, like ladders, high-rise walkways ECT. As always their family (employees) pay attention to your questions which saves time and money. I needed a 4 by 8 by 1 1/2 inches thick cut from 90 inches to 60 inches which took them 3 minutes. Thank you.

My 12 year old son and I decided to undertake a project building new deck stairs. I had no idea where to begin. Dennis in the lumber department (today) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us pick out all the supplies we needed and explained what we should do for our project. There was another employee who was also pleasant and informative but I forgot his name.

What can we say about Lowe's, I went in there because I needed a new bar and chain for my chainsaw which they had no doubt the same one that I needed. They also had about everything else you could want when it comes to home improvement for any other projects you can think of.

Staff is friendly, store is clean and well stocked. Pretty much anything you need for your home project, they will have!

Just wanted to thank two very special and helpful employees Jesse and Tyler. You both went over and beyond to help me find everything I needed and your outstanding customer service is greatly appreciated!!! What a joy it was meeting you both!!!

This location was well stocked today. I prefer the yopp one but customer service was friendly, we found everything we needed & appreciate that they offer military discount + business rewards.

I went to Lowe’s on Sunday to look for a new washer/dryer. The sales person (I am sorry I do not remember her name) was very helpful and informative as I told her what I wanted in the product. She showed me different brands, made suggestions, but did not pressure me into a purchase. Well, I did make a purchase and she said that it would be delivered the next day (Monday) also told me I would be notified of the timeframe of delivery-which I received an email that evening the delivery would be between 9-1. About 8 am in Monday I received a call from Carlos would said if ok they would be delivering in the next 35-45 minutes. Around 8:30 Carlos and Frank arrived - they were polite, respectful and very attentive in taking away the old washer/dryer, sweeping area before installing new washer/dryer, ensuring it was working, and cleaned up all packing from the washer/dryer. I am very happy with all the Lowe’s team -

What an amazing experience. Often times, it appears as though these guys and gals are significantly understaffed. However, they continue to do very well with everything they have. I recently had the pleasure of crossing paths with the gentleman in this picture. He was extremely helpful and even helped me save on my purchase with the assistance from his colleague who's name I cannot remember! All I know is that her son had a tree fall in the backyard and I missed out on getting some cut wood! They both conversed with me without being overbearing. They even informed me about instore products. They both proved to be fairly efficient in displaying true customer service; something that continues to be lacking in many customer service establishments.

Great selection of merchandise and the employees are always willing to help you head the direction that you need to go

In Huntsville Alabama, I have had nothing but issues with Lowes, but here in Jacksonville, I am amazed and more than happy to go to Lowes to look around for stuff to buy 😎👍

Went in for some charcoal while in town. 2 pack was on sale so bought 2 for my sons grill while visiting from Indiana.

Ordered some doors today (4). Met with employee named Moe. He was sooo amazing! He was so professional and such a great person to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful to my needs! It was a pleasure to do business with Lowes because of this professional!! Thank you Moe for making my purchase fun and stress free! Really appreciate your patience and kindness in my purchases! I am always at Lowes from the smallest of projects to large residential home improvements on a weekly to monthly basis. This time, i did a photoshoot for my 5 year old's birthday because she wanted to go to Lowes to be with the flowers. The indoor garden center is beautiful and we cannot wait for spring!!!

Thanks all, great facility and helpful staff main reason people don’t just order all online, shoutout to Jeff who helped me get a rug package up, helped right away even though look like he was taking a break, and I was about to smash my kids fingers with the heavy rug and he quickly swooped in to prevent , retain this man. You need help in the garden center. Tommy L. is your man. Always ready to help. 100 bags of mulch. Good selection of plants bushes and trees during spring. Paint department is great help too.

Every trip has been pleasant. I'm a frequent shopper in this store, it's well maintained and usually very clean for the amount of traffic it maintains. The employees that I have had the pleasure of speaking to are usually exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable and if not they find the answers very quickly.
