Don’t let the location in the food court of a “mall” throw off the atmosphere. This is a nice mall and food court. Enjoying an ice cream while walking around The Streets at Southpoint is more enjoyable then eating at a standalone ice cream shop.

Sunday Dazzler: 8.2
A delightful treat that stands out for its fresh ingredients and delicious ice cream. The portion size is just right. Adding an extra topping like nuts could give it the additional flair it needs.

Coffee Chip Shake: 8.3
An excellent coffee shake that benefits from high-quality, tasty ice cream. The blend is spot-on, and the serving size is perfect.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie: 8.2
While not groundbreaking, it's fresh, tastes great, and is very satisfying.

Paying around $10 per person might feel a bit much, especially for the smoothie, but the quality could justifies the cost to some. The sundae offers better value compared to the smoothie, considering the quality and experience.

My daughter and I stopped here for a milkshake on her birthday and the people here are so awesome that they had my daughter giggling with a smile ear to ear. Quality is hard to find, especially in a food court. But we definitely found it at this, uh… let’s call it an… “adorable ice cream oasis”... so we had to stop and write this review.

The staff served 12 kids in less than 10 minutes. It was the part of the BDay party, and it was amazing

This is one of the best ice cream shops but you do have to go into the mall to get there. The gentleman who owns it is very good at his job. His staff is always nice and polite and the product is on point. You can't go wrong with Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The dulce shake is my favorite.

Tyra helped us and was unbelievably kind. My daughter had just fallen down in Claires and hurt her eye. Tyra was so sweet with her and it just restored my faith in humanity. What a sweet gal and a genuine person. Will come to Häagen-Dazs every time I come to south point just for that reason!

I love this store! The ice cream is so delicous and everything else is very tasty. I did not even have to wait more than a minute or so.

Costumer service was AMAZING! Me and my grandma came to try it out and they welcomed us and suggested us to try their mango smoothie which I was AMAZED on how delicious it tasted , Definitely will come back again!

The best ! .. Actually, it is surely one of the best :) Belgian chocolate milkshake is rich and creamy. One can drink it as a meal.
