Either the manager or the owner. I'm not sure helped us either way. She was very professional and good at her job. She seemed to care a lot about the story. Which was refreshing to see. Keep up the good work finish line.

I returned a pair of shoes. The staff was excellent. (I apologize ahead of time, I do not know thier names). The tall guy, the female manager, the young lady with dreads in a bun/pony tail - working on the men's shoe side. All were incredibly helpful. They were really nice and assisted me with my purchase. I did not find anything in my size. Although with their help, (female manager). I was able to order a pair of shoes that I liked. I did not know I could do that! The young lady helping me with my shoes was very patient. I must have tried on 5-7 pairs of sneakers. She was great!!! Can't thank her enough!!!

I went to the store during the week. It is less busier than on weekends. I would recommend going during the week. Weekends is okay, but during week everyone is more relaxed and not too busy. Good selection of merchandise. Even if you don't find something, they can always assist you with an online order. Best part, its delivered to your house!!! For free!

Stop by and check them out! The other locations at the mall had a smaller selection of men's shoes. Believe me, I looked!

The customer service was great and I was in and out in no time. They also thanked me for shopping with them which hardly ever happens these day. I will no doubt return, when I'm in the area again.

Good experience but they need more staff...many customers but wait for 45 to 50 minutes for 2 pair of shoes.

This is my “go to” store now that Nordstrom’s carries very few styles in-store. The staff have always been patient and helpful with my children. Two teenagers and a 9 year old. And me. All girls-one Princess (emphasis PRINCESS) and the Pea; one who points while walking off not caring what size it is, and, lastly one whom just wants to please. Four out of four pleased here. A week ago, we bought 2 pairs of 7.5 women’s adidas and one pair of Nike kids. We ordered one pair of adidas while checking out and it arrived the next day. That impressed me! Well done!

You can find a good price on high-quality air Jordans at a good reasonable price . They on discount a good place to shop for shoes. Shopping for kids started summer I will go right now if I were you get a better deal.

I had to stand in a line that wasn’t worth it because they didn’t have the sizes of any of the shoes I was interested in purchasing.

Not all staff are competent enough to find what you've asked for.
