They should do better informing you where their location is in this mall. Absolutely the best customer service i have ever encountered, i bought some Crocs online and my best option was to go to this location. These were the nicest people and their assistance was outstanding 🔥💖

Great selection of crocs and croc products. But the service was AMAZING!!!! In a world where customer satisfaction seems too much to ask, the staff here kept hope alive lol.

This is the best Crocs store I’ve ever been to.

Crocs sizing is bananas, I ordered 2 pairs online and one was way too small and the other was kinda small. I called the store to see if they had the same shoes in a size up and Jazmine quickly found the shoes as I was describing them over the phone.

Jazmine gave me a stellar tip on sizing my shoes because the next size up was way too big. She showed me how to gently stretch the band over the heel of the shoe to make it fit just right. Because of this, I only had to exchange one pair of shoes.

Nicki was also just as awesome with advice and brought out brand new jibbitz from the back that had just come in. She was super friendly and patient as I took forever in choosing the ones I wanted! 😂 Nicki also gave me recommendation for work shoes based on what would be comfortable for my type of foot.

The customer service at this store is incredible Sierra was so patient and wonderful to my daughter Lilah definitely a great experience thank you guys for being good in a world so full of ugly, made my day and definitely made Lilah happy and that’s what I want most in the world is to see my children happy so thank you all so very much especially Sierra!!! 🥰🥰

I love shopping at Crocs. They have a nice variety of products from which to choose. I wish I could find me a pair of gold or blue sparkly Crocs for adults...#JustBecause...

While I personally am not the biggest fan of the brand, my family is and we all actually had a good time. Staff was full of the nicest people I've ever met.
