Staff are wonderful. They've expanded their selection for us bigger people and kept the quality Talbots is known for. Love this store.

Ran out to exchange one item, return one item & purchase two more! Wonderful customer service, at least two associates spoke to me as soon as I entered the store, they were attentive to my needs, friendly and personable. I don't mind driving out to this location from Raleigh. We'll definitely return! We actually thought they'd closed permanently a few years ago! Great to know otherwise.

I have been at Talbots Customer for a very long time! Recently, I moved to North Carolina and found at the Talbots in Durham! I can’t say enough good things about the store, it’s a wonderful customer service, and best of all, every staff member wants you to love what you buy, or, don’t buy it! That’s what they tell you. Period. I love it

If I could give 100 stars I would for Janet at Streets at Southpoint. I spent 4 hrs with her rebuilding my summer wardrobe for work and casual. Janet went over and beyond being a personal shopper. Her expertise and professionalism, multi tasking to find my sizes in catalog, and other stores was remarkable!!! I WILL be back!

This store is so much friendlier and welcoming than the Eastgate store in Chapel Hill. I drive from CH to shop there for this reason!
