Rick, my agent, was great. He reached out to me after I completed a request for an online quote for renters insurance. I asked him for a call back on a specific date, received the call on time, and was able to get the coverage I needed at a great rate! I would recommend Rick and his office to my friends and family for their insurance needs. It was fast and easy and not intrusive, no sales pitch, I got exactly what I needed! Truly grateful for the easy process due to Rick's thoroughness!

I worked with Rick and Megan to get my auto, motorcycle and renters policies put in place. They were both excellent and extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Over the course of two days and a decent bit of work we were able to get everything in place and make sure that I was taken care of with all “I’s & T’s” dotted and crossed.
Without the interaction of those two, I would have ended up over paying and disappointed.

Exemplary service experience with Rick Bevans at Durham Geico. During the course of two 3-way calls with my aged mother and myself, Rick was patient, informative, good-humored and competently and quickly facilitated the initiation of my mother's insurance coverage. He made the process easy and convenient for us. He answered our many questions in easy to understand terms. A big thank you to him for taking care of business so well.

Rick kindly explained the entire process to me, who is not good at English over the phone. Then, I showed them 3 quotes for the price I wanted cheaper.
He sent me an email while I was on the phone so I could confirm it in writing, and then he also informed me of the next steps I needed to take with my previous insurance company.
