I had a very lovely experience in this store. Harold did a great job of educating me on the products and making me feel very welcome. I didn't planing on buying anything but I'm now considering an espresso machine. The staff is so kind and lovely it was hard for me not to leave a review. I usually only review food or drink but the customer service has compelled me. If you are looking for niche decorative things, crafty store or an espresso machine this is your spot!

This store is quite the feast for the eyes! Amazing selections of home goods, kitchenware and furniture. Although the prices here are expensive, you pay for quality. Prepare to spend a couple of hours here because at every nook and cranny is always something amazing to find! The kitchenware section is where the most awesome products you’ll find!

Very bright and well organized store with lots of knowledgeable staff. Large variety of their products on display makes shopping very pleasant and easy.

I did place a phone order,for my grandsons wedding registry,I got a 10% discount,and excellent service,no delivery fee,and got what I ordered,on time.

This is a nice place to buy great, expensive, durable furniture. I believe this place is comparable to IKEA, except the furniture is made in America, and doesn’t fall apart after heavy usage. Also, it’s meant for adults in houses and not college kids in dorm rooms.

I came in here on Friday evening to select some dish ware and entertaining items. I knew what I needed, but Chris offered some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from a retail employee. Chris jumped in to helping me with no hesitation, he went the extra mile to check inventory and stock levels and used his resources to answer tough questions. He was extremely thorough and offered great considerations and options when items weren’t available, etc. he was extremely patient and treated my needs as they were his own. I will be coming back and hoping that Chris can help me! Thank you Chris for all your hard work and assistance!

It is very rare I meet someone who delivers exceptional customer service. I came in to do a return, and was hoping to find a specific Christmas ornament that no longer showed online. Harold the manager was incredibly helpful and kind, and contacted several different locations to find me the exact amount of ornaments I was looking for. He helped me place the order while I was there too. The level of customer service was next level and I will definitely be returning based on my wonderful experience here.

I wanted to share my experience that I had on Tuesday of this week. I was trying to find an item that was on a friend’s wedding registry, which happened to be on clearance, and that I had purchased Monday to pick up at my local store in Charlotte. I got an email early Tuesday afternoon saying that it was delayed and so when I called they told me they cannot find any of the item in their store but it appeared that the C&B Durham location had two! Their warehouse did not have any in stock to ship directly to me, either, so I called the Durham store and they did have them - I asked about shipping it to me and mentioned that I had ordered it for a shower this Saturday (since I thought I could easily pick it up this week at some point) and asked what the cost would be to expedite it. I had an entire gift basket idea around this item so I was really hoping to get it in time - An associate named Anne was helping me and she was very kind as I asked her to look up different shipping options and try to help me figure out how I could get it by Saturday. The overnight shipping was extremely expensive and I live two hours away but wanted to get the item for my friend even if I had to give it after the shower, so we decided to send it regularly (and I said maybe by some crazy chance it would get here in time). I got an email about an hour after I hung up with Anne that the item had shipped which I thought was super fast and.... It arrived today! I don’t know if they usually get items prepared and shipped out THAT soon after a customer purchases something over the phone, or if perhaps Anne worked quickly knowing my deadline - either way I really appreciated her help and she was a pleasure to work with. I wasn’t sure the best place to write this but wanted to thank Anne and the Durham C&B!

Great place to shop. Everyone is so helpful. Harold and Giovona consistently give outstanding service. Store looks great.

Today we had a bit of a frustrating situation, but Rene, Leigh, Harold were all a delight to work with. Harold was super knowledgeable about the kitchen appliances and helped us pick out a few new items. His shift ended and he let us know so we weren't wandering around confused. Then Rene picked up where he left off, and she rocked as well. We had a reasonably large/complex order and she helped us work out all the details. Then we had to do some trouble shooting and Leigh came to the rescue. Ultimately our issue couldn't be solved, but despite the frustration my loose cannon of a boyfriend was able to stay calm due to their awesome support. We were able to save the transaction so when we fix our issue, we can quickly square everything away. They all deserve a customer service medal!

After Pier1 imports closed down in Raleigh , this is the store we to go for our needs to buy home decor, glasses, coffee and tea cups. It's very unfortunate that good stores like Pier1 imports closes down but we are fortunate to have stores like Crate and Barrel to make it up.

We really love the designs and how well things are made. The stores are huge and everything is nicely organized. Staffs are very experienced and knows what they are doing.

Give it a try when you are in South point mall and I am sure you would love it too.

The customer service is fabulous here. I bought a lamp several months the ago and it ended up being defective. I called to tell them and within 48 hours they had a new one being shipped. A 3 minute phone call and it was solved. This kind of service is hard to come by. I would not hesitate to make big purchases at this location.

We had been looking for our master bedroom furniture (except a bed) for almost a year. We walked in and Blandy was eager to help from the very start. She was so patient with my indecisiveness but in the end we picked the first thing we saw when we walked in. I forgot my gift card the day we went but all I had to do was call back and speak with the manager and they returned that amount of credit back to our card. This was the smoothest large purchase mission ever!

Absolutely beautiful store. Amazing customer service even when it's something very unique you're looking for!

Today was my first time visiting a Crate and Barrel store. Laurie made my experience pleasant and also memorable. Her product knowledge, uncanny attention to detail, and kind-heartedness just earned Crate and Barrel a new customer! You can buy home goods anywhere, but outstanding customer service is rare.

The furniture is to DIE for! Made me complete change my own personal style. Rob (Richmond VA) is always incredibly helpful and a joy to talk to. My china cabinet has made it through 3 moves and remains my prized possession - withstanding every move. Cant wait to finish building our new home so we can furniture shop again! Thank you for making it so fun and easy to shop!

This is a very nice store and the staff is always very helpful. Anne helped me create a cocktail set for my husband. She was so sweet. I love going in this store. It is well maintained and everyone is so friendly

Bought furniture here and the customer service was exceptional. Blandy was knowledable of the products, made sure we got the best deal possible, and remembered my name when I came back in a month later. On top of that, the furniture is high quality!

Yes, they're hilariously expensive for some items, but the quality is also significantly higher than what you're buying on wayfair or overstock. So if you appreciate that sort of thing, ask for Paulette, she helped us design our great room and did a fantastic job.
