Casper - Streets at Southpoint

Cory and his team are amazing! Our new mattress has truly transformed the quality of sleep and thus quality of life. Cory took a ton of time to discern our needs and refine what seemed like an overwhelming choice, and he was so responsive in following up and ensuring we had what we needed even after the delivery. We’re so grateful to have this store and this team locally.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Southpoint Mall Casper store. My partner and I purchased two Casper Hybrid Snow mattresses during the Fourth of July sale. We found each sales associate, the manager, and the regional manager to be attentive, respectful, kind, patient, and empathetic. As one knows, buying a mattress is a significant and important purchase because getting a good night's sleep is of paramount importance.

We did not experience any high-pressure sales tactics, and we were told, "Go home and sleep on it," meaning to think it over. I chuckled at the pun and double entendre. We returned the next day to purchase the mattresses and mattress protectors.

We are getting a great night's sleep now and are in the process of purchasing a third Snow mattress. Cory, the regional manager, Kathy, the manager, and Steph and Dominic, sales associates, are all invaluable and listen well and want to please their customers. I am confident that you will have a comfortable and pleasant experience when you decide to shop for a new Casper mattress at this location.

Shopping for a new mattress is a daunting experience. Way too many choices when making a decision. After weeks of searching on line we braced ourselves and ventured into our first mattress store with trepidation. Our knowledgable mattress guru, Kathleen Gary was absolutely the reason that we purchased our new Casper Wave Snow last month. She answered all our questions with no hype, and no unrealistic promises. After sleeping on our new mattress for almost a month, we can honestly say that this mattress has exceeded our expectations for comfort while providing us with a good night's sleep. We highly recommend Casper. The company seems to be thoughtful when it comes to hiring their staff.

What a great experience! I stopped in to purchase a new pillow, I was given great advice by the sales person. I ordered two pillowcases. They mistakenly arrived at the store instead of my home address. Upon learning that I expected them to be delivered to my home a store employee drove the pillowcases to my doorstep. Has that ever happened before? This is the kind of service that makes this a great store. I would have gladly waited a couple of days for the shipment from Durham, but the store offered to drive them over. Outstanding!

My wife and I purchased our Casper mattress last weekend and all I can say is... Wow, what a world of a difference! We went from a 9 year old queen spring mattress to the Wave Hybrid in a king. Our sleep is getting better every day; less tossing and turning, staying asleep throughout the night, and the bed keeps us very cool. Cory Foster helped us out and he was amazing! He's very knowledgeable, great person to talk with, and provides a no pressure atmosphere. I highly recommend Casper mattresses and go see Cory Foster at Southpoint, he will take great care of you!

Absolutely a positive experience here. Big shout out to Dom for helping us make the right decision for us. Extremely helpful and took time to make sure we made the right decision. Ended up with the Wave Hybrid Snow and couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be going back to replace our other mattress soon as we can and will make sure to get it from Dom. Cory was extremely helpful with helping me understand the different models of mattresses and was very kind. He was engaging in conversation and very knowledgeable about the products. I am so looking forward to getting my new mattress and to finally getting some long overdue quality sleep!

Excellent customer service, they worked with me to get the same price that I had shopping online vs what pulled up in the store.
Cory just took a picture of what was on my phone and handled it.
He even emailed customer service for me so I could purchase online to take advantage of an AMEX offer for the card I was using, and yet just pick up everything in store.
With that kind of service we were very happy with buying a bed, pillows sheets and mattress protector. Very happy with our purchase.

Staff were kind and helpful. Talked me through each mattress and gave a good recommendation based on my needs. I also got a mini nap pillow which is awesome and I recommend!

The store is also a lot larger than you might think based on the storefront.

It’s a wonderful place to shop for housing. There’s an employee by the name Shannon at this location in Street at Southpoint Mall. She’s very professional, classy, and gets the job done 100 percent! If anyone is looking for bed furniture I would highly recommend this store and for you to ask for Shannon because she’ll take care of your need at a high level of customer service.

Great atmosphere to try out Casper mattresses if you’re thinking of buying one online. The employees aren’t bothering you to make a sale, but very kind and helpful!

We enjoyed trying out the mattress in the store. We had already done our research online and were ready to purchase a new bed when we walked in, but Kathy's assistance was the clincher for us. She was very helpful and patient, and ultimately guided us to the right setup for us. The 100 night trial & free return eased our minds as well. Really looking forward to sleeping well again!
