We were going to just “shop” today - we had 3 places we were going to check for a new mattress. We purchased today 100% because of Steve. The man Knows the product. And what a Great sale they are having for Presidents’ Day. Saved a ton of money - stayed in our budget - heard some Awesome stories. Also met Natasha - Fantastic customer service ! Great product being delivered tomorrow ! We will be back and for sure will let everyone know. Thank You Steve!!

My husband and I had a great experience at the Durham store working with Steve! He knows his product, he listens to you and assesses your needs, putting you on just the right mattress. We were dreading having to do this but Steve put some fun into it by demonstrating the adjustable base! Cannot wait to sleep on our new mattress.❤

If you go, ask for Anthony, he is the best! He was super patient with us, listened to our vaguely worded needs, and then worked patiently with us to find us the perfect solution to our sleeping needs. Super nice guy, super helpful guy. This store has a great selection, and you can take your time to make sure you get just the perfect mattress.

Had a great experience with Don the salesman. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient as I tried every mattress in the store! Good man!

Anthony did a phenomenal job helping us find the mattress we need to rest our weary joints. We are a fickle couple with internally conflicting tastes, but Anthony suffered through that to help us find what we ultimately were happy with. And he made sure we got a great deal in the process. Steve was very helpful in listening to my comments about what I wanted in a new mattress, and made several good recommendations before I made a decision. And with the sale price, I paid less than what I did for my current mattress and box spring.

Jackson was super knowledgeable and helpful. He and Steve were a lot of fun. I had a great time choosing a new mattress from the variety of options and can't wait for my Purple to arrive! If you get the chance, go try one of those out, even if it's just for fun.

I was in a bind and the salesperson got what I needed within an hr out so. Great service, very courteous and responsive in getting what I needed. It costed it a bit more, but you get what you pay for, right?

Anthony is awesome. He was not pushy at all which we appreciated the most. He let us take our time to look, and made recommendations truly based on what we were looking for rather than whatever the store would like to sell. We’ve been to mattress firm many times over the years and Anthony is hands down the best person we’ve had assistance from. If I’m honest, we weren’t planning on purchasing today we just wanted to get an idea of what was available since it had been about 2 years the last time we looked. Knowledgeable and nice crew. Were laid back and not pushy. Only wish would be for maybe more brand variety (10-12 instead of 5-6) in store to try out.
Also, clarify the free delivery process details, as it's probably not what you think or wish it was.
Overall, still a really solid experience.
