Otha went far and beyond what he had to do to correct my problem I recently encountered on my last 2 visits. I had written this car wash off until today. I informed him of them and he was attentive and helpful in a solution. My honest opinion is he should be in management.

First time coming here and River has such great such customer service. I wish there were more people like River. The world would be a better place.

My sticker hasn’t been working at the 19N location, but today I went to this location and met Haley. She was able to get my sticker working for all locations and got my car clean.
