The employees here are so friendly and quick to help. After bad customer service at another store, it was refreshing to be greeted at the door and treated kindly. Shoutout to Jasmine who helped me out on the sales floor.

Special shout out to Emily, John and Jasmine! I went into the store with 2 teenage girls 🫠 and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Emily, John and Jasmine helped us out trying different sizes, choosing styles, understanding the promotions, and overall being so patient through the whole process. My girls left happily with a new pair each. Thank you!

Kiddos had a blast! Aidan was the bomb! Someone right before us got the boys fitted for their first pair of skate shoes. They recently started learning and going to the skate park so this is such a life long experience they will remember and Aidan did such a good job interacting with the kids and even gave them stickers at the end. He was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. When you go in - be sure to ask for him. Thank you Aidan!

Great experience. I enjoy Van's as a brand. Not too fond of the new type with the removable sole though. That's not a store choice though. The guy was really knowledgeable and helpful, he did a great job even with there being a lot of people in the store. He should get a raise.

Excellent service! Everyone in the store was super helpful! I asked to get a pair of shoes, they didn't have them in my size so Niki went out of her way to pull a similar pair for me. I ended up liking them a lot more and I purchased them! Kim was also very helpful. Great shopping experience all around.

I've worn Vans as my everyday shoe exclusively for 5 or 6 years at this point. I just got my third pair in that time, and this store was fantastic. The employees are very helpful, and when I had to swap them out due to a manufacturing defect, the process was seamless - just gave them the old pair and got back a new pair in the same color and style. No need for holding on to the receipt or looking up the transaction.

I was very pleased with their customer service but I was ELATED with their selection! I hope every Vans store has the same selection so I can go on a shopping spree!
