I have been an online customer for years now. Never been in a store location before. I was hesitant from the other reviews, but their customer service was spectacular. They were able to return a few items I had gotten online just by pulling up my phone number and easily exchanged them for other things I shopped for that day. They have amazing deals in store. I will definitely be returning to the location. The staff is very friendly and helpful with finding exactly what you're looking for. If they don't have it in store they even offered to order it online for me to get shipped to my house. I absolutely love this company, and I love the option they give you to skip a month if you desire. The store itself is very clean and organized. I noticed every item that had been tried on in the fitting rooms get steamed before they go back to the racks just to make it that much more presentable. You will not go wrong in choosing this company!!

Absolutely amazing service from the staff at this store. Kaitlyn was amazing. She helped me and my brother create an account in store so we were able to get a better deal on the clothes we were buying! and even though the store didn’t have the size we needed she ordered it online for us to get shipped to our house! She was awesome, super thoughtful, and thorough with the answers to any questions you may have! I definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for some comfy clothes and make sure to tell Kaitlyn she’s the best if she checks you out!

The store was clean and well kept! The staff was super friendly and helpful! They helped me find what I needed/ wanted and catered to my style taste/preferences! Highly recommend this store location! Also- I am a VIP member and it is worth the deal to get the quality products with the VIP benefits.

Love fabletics. Lol it's not a scam. Yes you absolutely have to sign up for the monthly membership in order to purchase the 2/$24 and 50% off of the entire store. The membership is $49/month however, you can then skip the month whenever you want as many times as you want. But if you don't skip, you get a member credit that you can use on ANYTHING IN THE STORE OR ONLINE. Yes if it's $79, you get it for free with your member credit. The clothes are great quality. Fit is hit or miss with certain styles but I always find something that I can't live without. Today I experienced the store for the first time and I was not disappointed. The ladies working there were so helpful and ready to assist in whatever I needed. I made some returns from online and purchased some new things in store. Very happy with my experience.

I came in here to use a member credit and found I forgot that I also had store credit. Megan and another girl whose name is escaping me, were incredible helpful and above and beyond your normal retail associate!! I always feel welcome, cared for, and well helped in a Fabletics store and that’s extremely comforting for me because there’s so many options!!

Had a few questions about the policy and the associate (Kamal) I spoke with was excellent! He was very specific in answering my questions and giving me examples of how the member credit works. Although I've only been into the store once, I had a nice experience.

Excited Fabletics is at Southpoint; the store is very clean, great selection, with fancy fitting rooms. Rucha helped my wife and I and she was awesome! Super helpful and kind. The clothes are high quality, comfortable and cost a lot less than other brands.

Love fabletics, but not this store. Hours online should be updated to reflect actual store hours. Drove over there when it said it was open and it was not.

This business is a scam. I noticed my credit card was charged $59.95 every month after buying a pair of shorts online. When I called the company they told me “you should have read the fine print”. It was not clear at all what I was signing up for. They eventually refunded my money after going back and forth with them on the phone for a while.
