This is a popular place!!! Each time I've been there, there was a crowd. I actually think they need a little more space. The staff is always very friendly and eagerly help you find what you need (if they have it). My only negative comment so far is a couple of staff members can't seem to stay off their phones, constantly checking it while trying to assist customers is not only very irritating but unprofessional.

The cashier was absolutely amazing!! I came here for a little birthday shopping and while I was checking out some squishmallows in the back my bf spotted a cute loungefly bag he wanted to get me. There wasn't a matching wallet so he asked her if she could find it she didn't so she looked online, turns out it hadn't been released yet so she ordered one for us. My apologies to the people behind us but she began talking to us like we were old friends while checking us out and ringing our stuff up. We created a small line behind us while doing so and again my apologies to the people behind us it wasn't intentional. Overall I love box lunch and I was stunned they still had the Godzilla squishy I would have gotten it but I think a few people squished the squishy a few times dropping it. I did end up getting a Disney squish and a loungefly bag. I had a wonderful experience and thank you for making my birthday shopping wonderful!!

My husband and I were there on the unforgettable- tragic Black Friday of 2021 at 3:30pm… of course the employees were nice and answered my questions when I asked them. I’m writing this review as a gesture of my gratitude towards their bravery and their thoughtfulness! It was pretty busy while me and my husband were in the store. Literally 10 mins after we got into the store- 3 gunshots went off- (6-7 in total) and while I knew what that sound was.. I was panicking when everyone in the mall started running. I had an anxiety attack looking for my husband & trying to get cover. The manager (I assumed to be the manager) yelled to hurry and run in the back- and hide from danger.. The staff saved my life and are responsible for letting me go back safely to my 3 kids. Who knows what could’ve happened if we had to all be out in the opening like other stores had to. I have thanked them in my head a million times since Friday- and thanking them now ❤ Just a caring team of people & lots of courage to help everyone get out of harms way. Thanks so much- I am all jumbled typing this but you get the just! Lol

Oh my gosh I absolutely love this place! It has a ton of disney stuff and anime things that my daughter loves. Great place to grab a present for someone. And not to mention if a girl i think her name starts with a K, with cat eyeliner and fun eyeshadow is working that day you'll definitely feel welcomed and cared for. Definitely stop by if you're near there!

A very easy gift-exploring experience shop! My first words in the store were "this is like a Disney and anime expo store in one". My only complaint would probably be the size of the store being small so the shelves and aises seem a little cramped. The selection of pops and nerd-culture items are very similar to the websites selection which I appreciate. The fact BoxLunch has a round-up donate option at register is awesome and modern!

Boxlunch is an amazing store. They carry all sorts of fandom-related apparel, toys, and gear. If you're in the area, they're worth stopping in at some point.

Great little store set up nicely and sells items you can’t find anywhere else.

Great to get out and most everyone had on their masks!! Very few unaware of their surroundings. Good to be out!!!
