Great customer service! Sale on the prettiest costume jewelery! I loved the girls working there. Everything is organized the staff is punctual and always greeting everyone. 2 young ladies helped me I will definitely be back for Christmas shopping! I highly recommend this place for going out clothes for the ladies

Very beautiful store and really nice and helpful staff. I’ve bought dresses from this store many times and absolutely love the style and material. Their collection is unique. Today I was helped by Molly and Nicole. Absolutely the best customer service. The store closed at 6 pm. They still helped me find the size happily. Will be back.

Had a really great experience shopping with my family! Gina helped us in the dressing room and checked in on us to make sure we found the sizes/styles we needed. She was so kind and helpful. I have to say that whoever the buyer is for the store now has done an amazing job. I’ve been to this store before, but nothing was really fresh nor my style. This time… I found unique pants and sweaters - I had to get out of there before I spent all of my money🙈. I’ll definitely come back whenever I need an outfit!

We went to this store on Saturday September 22 around 3:30 pm. The customer service was fantastic. We walked in and were immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. We had to leave to feed our baby but when we came back to browse I was assisted in looking for casual wear. While in the dressing room the staff not only checked on me but suggested other clothing items and brought them to me in my size. They helped me find my size as I am 9 weeks postpartum and didn’t know my size. They informed me of their sale items and recommended clothing I never would have picked but loved! As I waited in line to check out the manager ( I assume) that was assisting in the dressing room saw me standing in line for about 5 minutes and promptly after noticing jumped onto a register to help check me out. This staff member was one of the only ones tending to the dressing room but still made time to pick out clothing items, grab new sizes, and even jump on the register to ring up my items. I had already loved this store but having this type of customer service is exactly the experience I enjoy when shopping! They go above and beyond! They even remember your name and write it on your dressing room door! Thank you!!

Went in this store with my girlfriend, and I must say, in terms of customer service and a welcoming atmosphere, I haven't had a better experience in any other store ever. I mean this not from just the associate helping us, but from the entire staff. I was greeted, and accommodated by every associate working. We were in there for a while and I was offered and given bottled water, offered seating and constantly checked on (we were in there a couple of hours at least). We were provided more than all the service we needed, while not being bothered. A+ staff and clothing!

My wife and I went shopping here and we found great stuff for her. The employee helping us in the try room was so nice. Great customer service.

Shopping at Altar'D State today and was greeted at the door by Emma. She went above and beyond with her level of customer service. Not only did she start a dressing room with all of my potential purchases, she also put together outfits including accessories. She checked back frequently, getting alternate sizes and outfit suggestions. Come to find out, this was her first day in the job.

The clothes are so pretty. It's pricy but the items are unique and well made. It smells really good in there also

Stopped in tonight Paige greeted me at the door and help me find what I was looking for. She was friendly and funny and made my shopping a pleasure.
