Soft Surroundings

A few months ago I bought two items here. I needed to return one item. They gladly took it back with an extended returns policy due to covid and the holidays. I was sorry that item didn't quite fit right... But, I was able to peruse the store while the attendant was transacting my return and found some wonderful options that are beautiful, soft, flattering and stylish. This store has colorful clothes, something for everyone, and amazing lighting, makeup choices and housewares. It is really a spa-like environment. The dressing rooms are amply-sized and well-lit. I always feel like the store staff is helpful and kind. Great options for both my professional and casual wardrobe!

I love this store! So happy to have a Soft Surroundings in the Triangle. The store itself is very gorgeous, romantic, and inviting. Which makes for an enjoyable shopping experience. It is well stocked and organized. And the staff members are incredibly polite and welcoming.

The Durham location has been converted into an outlet shop which wasn't clear on the email I got. It is hit or miss on sizing but I found 2 $89 tops for roughly $20 each. Will definitely check out this location again.

The customer service is quite terrible. It took them months to deliver to the store. I was not notified. The pricing charged to my card was much more than the price I ordered at. The will not help you on the phone..I was told you have to go to the store...I finally called store and just asked for a refund without looking at the merchandised...Will not shop here again.
