I was very pleased with the work they did on my brakes their mechanics we're experienced, I had my own parts I just needed somebody to put them on, and they did it for me, in good time!!!

I went and got my car inspected great customer service ,very quick ,very affordable.. they even referred me to Randy's shop to get my muffler work done.

My Fiancés car had the battery light on, and the power steering went. I thought it was the alternator, so I drove it with zero recharge on the battery and zero power steering. I got it to Jacobs he asked me to wait a few minutes before leaving so he could look at it. Came back in less than 20 minutes, turns out my fiancés belt just became loose and slipped off. All he had to do was to tighten it. What I thought would be an expensive repair turned out to be only $40. These guys were quick and honest. I highly recommend them.

Worked for Big Daddy in the 90s. He took care of all his customers then and I am sure Little Eddie and Big Daddy are still taking care of y'all to this day. Great Friend and Awesome Boss.

Came here for inspection, waited only 30 mins and BOOM, done! I have never had such an easy experience getting an inspection before it's ALWAYS something that needs to be fixed (that's perfectly fine the way it was before) But not this place. The owner apologized for the wait because his son wasn't working today but wow it was very fast and affordable. I've been looking for a good family owned business and now they have a customer for life 👍

I've been going to Jacob's for a few years now. I believe that they're honest and reliable. They may not be the cheapest, but they will let you know what is wrong with the vehicle without trying to upsale you.

Found my self in a bind and running behind due to 2 flat tires. They were polite, friendly and very helpful unlike auto max which was closer. I haven't had to really deal with anyone near gastonia but so far I would recommend them and see no reason not too. If I have any issues I will return there.

I've taken our chevy malibu here for everything from an oil change to a complete brake system overhaul & a new starter. They get the job done quick and they don't try to pull anything over on you. Fast service. Considerate techs and owner. No BS. When I've been in the waiting area I have never heard any of the guys give BS advice. If they can do the job they do and if not they explain why and where the customer needs to go.
