Has to be one of the best burgers I have had in a long time, family affordable and delicious

Nice and clean. Only thing is if the drive thru is backed up and u parked near the door u are stuck unless u get someone nice enough to let u out..

First off, let me start by saying that my experience at this cookout location was simply fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who welcomed me with a big smile and upbeat attitude. The customer service at this location is on point - staff are knowledgeable, prompt, and empathetic to all customer needs.

As for the food, let me just say that it exceeded my expectations. The menu is extensive, offering a wide range of traditional American fare like burgers, hot dogs, and barbecue sandwiches. What I loved most about the cookout on Union road, however, was the atmosphere. Food was delicious. The drive thru person was friendly. Good experience. I really enjoy the taste of the food.. If you love grill food, cookout would not disappoint.

No place to eat but food is always good, quick, hot and inexpensive. Can't ask for much more. Also enjoy being able to order the BBQ without the bun, get the slaw and walking taco and it's Gluten-free. Cookout could benefit if they advertised it so.

Order was accurate...staff was friendly. Food was fresh and hot. We did walkup window due to large order.

CLUTCH! That should be the name of a sub menu item…lol I could have no idea of what I want to eat but when I get to the menu on a late night, I get everything! As long as you do not have healthy eating goals, this is the place to eat for lunch, dinner, 2AM hunger pains! Lol it always come through.

Wow!!!! stopped in on a Friday night(10:30) and the drive thru was wrapped around the building, I'm usually not one for waiting( in a line that long) but since I was there I said what the hell we will wait it out!!! And waiting in line was quite entertaining, some colorfull characters I was bunched with while waiting in line(Drive thru), as well as I thought I was at at a NASCAR short-track racing side by side cuz the line moved quite rapidly they have two lines that was an experience in itself, I was impressed how fast they got people in and out of there, the food was great as usuall !!! The only problem is to get back out of Cookout to Union road you got to cut through the Mickey D's parking lot and navigate the McDonald's late-night traffic too!!! Which is another circus!! LOL because they Rock too on late night excursions!!!! Given a choice I'd choose this Cook-Out every time !!!!

Friendly staff!! They definitely made some great changes! Now food is always correct, hot, and the staff is very friendly! With the staffing issues a lot of fast food places are having, Cook Out's employees take great care of the customers! PLEASE GIVE THESE EMPLOYEES A RAISE AS THEY ARE WORKING VERY HARD FOR THE CUSTOMER'S HAPPINESS!! THIS IS HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS!!

Better service and notably easier to hear the person through the speaker than the Franklin location. Same menu, except they had this Doritos "taco" item where they cram a bunch of nacho toppings like ground beef, jalapenos, sour cream etc into a small bag of Doritos and give you a fork to eat it. It was interesting and pretty good. I felt very "Gastonia" eating it.

4.6 Stars, Love cook out. Of course not as good as in-n-out but, this is now my go to, since in-n-out is not in North Carolina. I gave them 4.1 stars for food and .5 stars for speed. Have never had to wait more than a few minutes for any size order. The only thing that would make them more pleasant is if they stop yelling your order to the cooks right in your face. But hey I guess it's part of the Cook Out experience.

Food was good but the service absolutely sucked. She was incredibly rude and honestly if I didn't take pity I would have wanted to see her manager because I wasn't the only customer seen getting treated with disrespect

We have cookout in our hometown but we didn't really go all the time, this time qe stopped by during our trip and we definitely go more often now. It's so freaking good. Chicken quality is exceptional!

My son wanted to have cookout on our way back north from South carolina. So glad he did. Great staff and food! Plus we got to watch low flying jets while we ate.

Cookout is a wonderful place. It's not exactly here for quality food, but it is a great place for a quick bite, and the quality of food surpasses other nearby fast foods. Extremely reasonable prices and flexible hours makes it a great stop for high schoolers, though that being said prepare for a younger crowd outside.
