Went there to get some chucks and Tae was the sales rep that helped me! She was very helpful and made my visit fun! I left out of there with 4 pairs of new shoes! 😊 She even convinced me to try high tops and new colors. If my size wasn't available she ordered them for me online and gave me honest opinion on style.

Overall, she is definitely the reason why my visit to that store was 5 stars. Excellent attitude, patience and customer service. I hope she maintains this standard.

When I came to journeys I was assisted by a worker named Yori and she had the most amazing costumer service a person could ask for. She has no problem with helping me and getting me whatever I needed. 10000/10000 rating from me
