It was a good bank when i first opened an account but it has gone downhill from then, they never answer the phone my card has been shut off for 3 days and cannot get any money out, the lobby is never open its like nobody works there I highly suggest not used this bank im closing my account and going to first community

Had a terrible experience with Tammie Miller. She took my loan application. Then didn't look at it or respond for a week. When I finally reached her on the phone she said she had been too busy to look at it. Then would not even respond to me.

I Was turned down on Cashing a $1,200 check. “Because they have to verify the person wrote the check”
I understand 10-$20,000 checks, but $1,200 is crazy.
We run a business and write checks daily. I would imagine protocols like that is why the bank is so slow & never see people there.

This place sucks, they only do change exchanges for customers
