Matthew at the front was very knowledgeable and informative. Got my computer fixed within a week and he fixed a couple of software issues on top of what was already needed to be fixed! And for a very reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend for anybody that needs to get their computer fixed.

I had a power surge shut down my computer that had, as most of us, my entire digital life on it and was in a bit of a panic to it get fixed. (If even possible) I called Reboot and spoke with Matthew. He was very engaging and had me bring in my computer. I drove an hour and half (live on a farm in middle Ga.) and he was encouraging and immediately told me what the problems could be. Two days later, he had it fixed and called me to pick it up. I am very pleased and would highly recommend Reboot and Mathew!!

They installed a graphics card and power supply into my gaming computer. He called and found I needed a larger hard drive also cause mine was full. Very good service. He explained everything perfectly and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Reboot.

I had an issue installing a graphics card in my computer. The employee (Matthew, I think his name was?) was very knowledgeable and helpful without being condescending. I got my computer back fixed, and even better, about a week after I left it. The cost of service was also pretty decently priced, at least for tech stuff. Athens location, FYI.

I built my first gaming PC and it wouldn't boot no matter what I did, and I just couldn't figure out why. I brought my PC by and dropped it off and a couple of days later I got a call from Matthew telling me it was ready. He was very helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my computer and very thorough in explaining where I went wrong while building it. If I ever have another issue with it, I will definitely be bringing it back to Matthew at Reboot!

Amazing place! Matthew is an amazing individual who not only is nice but most importantly, knows his stuff. My issue was my PC was not connecting with my monitors. I tried everything from new cords to different monitors to taking out my RAM and graphics card. He picked up the phone the first time, explained the process clearly, and the rest was history. If you ever have any issues regarding your technology, especially PC, go here.

I have a built pc i bought from a buddy. Brought my pc in because of minor problems and not only were they able to fix the problem within 24 hours, but were also able to change out much needed parts and put it in a smaller case within the week. Pc looks and performs perfect now. I could not be more satisfied with not only the quality of the work, but how helpful and courteous everyone was that I talked to. Matthew was the tech that I spoke to for the majority of it and he was able to work with me to find exactly what I wanted to change the pc to within my budget. If I have any other issues or desired pc upgrades I am going back here without a doubt.

We have been using Best Buy for years for all our computers. We ended up with a virus on one of our computers and Best Buy had told us it would take them 3 days before they could get to it. We called Reboot and spoke with Mathew. Mathew was a great help, we were able to drop off same day, and the price was extremely reasonable. He let me know it would be a 24–48-hour turnaround but ended up calling me in 2 hours. Thanks Mathew!
