Bubbly individual took my order, pleasant employee brought my correct order and returned my change. Such a pleasant experience I left a $10 tip and usually I'm a scruge

This is lunch EVERY time I'm in Athens. Makes it more than worth the hour drive. Great food, friendly service, and their Grape slushy with Nerds...soooo good!!!

I had to wait a bit in the drive thru lane, but it was SO worth it. I'm sure they are short staffed, but it was a busy time too. Lots of cars in the stalls, a few people eating at the picnic tables. Food was hot, jokes were made and they were friendly. Plus, I didn't have to make my own meal 🤣

The Sonic Drive In Athens is amazing! The food is always fresh, and the staff is awesome. Customer service is great! My favorites? The chili dog, tater tots and cherry limeade 😊

Came in right before close I felt bad but they were so nice about it I sat on the patio and finished my meal they even came out and asked if I needed anything else or sauce the one manager can’t remember his name started with an A was vary polite and nice to me I recommend the chilly cheese dog

Excellent!! Even though it was fast food, it was prepared exactly as I ordered it! The cheese burger, Coney dog and Onion rings were nice and hot!!! And the Very Large Rootbeer was fully carbonated and full of Ice!! The young lady at the window was just so pleasant and polite! A great experience!

Great! The service was prompt, I could hear the server (speaker not broken) and the drive up screen actually worked. It was a pleasure to actually enjoy the Sonic experience. I've not had good luck with several Sonic establishments in the recent past. Times are hard (lack of staff, high overhead costs, etc), but this one made it work. Kudos!

Unfortunately, I only order drinks and shakes when I visit Sonic so I can not speak on how the food tastes.. I placed a drink order ahead of time before arriving. Once I arrived, I got checked in, and the drink was brought out in less than 2 minutes!

Had amazing service the other week and it’s been on my mind a lot. These servers really did more than what they’re asked when it comes to working in fast food. They were very generous, kind, and friendly. I can’t remember the exact shift but if I see them again, I’ll add their names here because they deserve the recognition. We recently moved from Athens and don’t have a sonic near by so whenever we visit our family there, we try to get some. It was so nice to have this customer service. Thanks!

Great Sonic stop today! Food was hot, fast and fresh! Happy Hour is the best!! Our car hop Dani (hopping I spelled it correctly) Was AWESOME!

Just ordered a limemade and a conie. First off I just want to give Natalie a great review. Her customer service is exactly what great customer service is and should be at all times. She came out a total of 5 times twice to bring me change because I ordered twice and twice to bring me food and drinks and then again to bring me ketchup..Each and every time she came out with a smile on her face and she addressed me with "Sir" after each comment or question. Very very professional and always had a smile on her face..I saw her walk out several times to other cars and noticed the same attitude. Someone that looked happy to be where they are doing what they are doing. You have a good one here Sonic,take care of her. Thank you Natalie for your kind service and great attitude. Keep up the good work.

We like our Sonic very much. Pulled in and pushed the red button. Promptly ordered a number one. 3 minutes later a very happy person appeared with my order. Order was hot, cooked made my day better. Great hamburgers, shakes, tater tots, and every kind of drink imaginable. This is how America Sonics. Service is good and fast. Thank you.

I stop at Sonic every chance I get. I love the tots. But recently they haven't been hot and fresh. But I still love them.

We just went through the drive thru today (June 18 at around 9:00 pm)and met a employee named Kiki. We originally ordered a medium water but i think she didn’t hear us when we said we wanted some mozzarella sticks. As we waited, she gave my son and daughter a toy. After she gave us our mozzarella sticks, my other daughter decided to make a joke and said “Can we actually put something else on our order”, she started laughing and we both laughed together!! What a great experience we had, keep working hard girl!!!

Fresh tasty cheeseburgers and hot dogs! Friendly staff and a convenient location. Had the cookie dough blast and WOW! Excellent! Tater tots, fries, and all the other food they offer is a little pricy but well worth it. Highly recommend!

The coney chili cheese footlong, tater tots and Oreo, cookies and cream hand spun shake is awesome, I love it. For the most they're the only fast food that offers Ginger ale. Thanks

Employees are so nice! Not sure what her name was but she had the biggest smile on her face and it really brightened up my day. Food was really good, drive thru was quick.

Great footlong chili dogs. As usual. But didn't have milkshakes at this location for some reason.

Breakfast burrito is my choice every time I visit. Never disappoints. But the nation wide egg shortage has hit them. So no burritos for awhile.

Love this sonic they always treat me so kind there , I always get the chili cheese dog and never had an issue
