Rivers,Don and Cameron did a awesome job putting in all new sewer lines under my house. They removed all the old cast iron pipe under the house and put in all new PVC pipes. They were professional and courteous. There prices were reasonable and the quality of their work was great. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks for the great job guys.

We couldn’t find a leak that our power company said we had. Rivers and his partner were tenacious until they found it. They fixed my problem in less than an hour after finding the leak. They are so very courteous!!

They arrived within 3 hours of me calling them. We had 2 toilets that were clogged for no reason and turns out the entire system was backed up. They discovered the problem and were able to fix it within an hour and kept us informed throughout the process, on top of setting up the system for future ease of access and told us how to prevent build up and why it happened and how to fix it in the future. They were kind, professional, and we definitely will call them when we're ready to update the pipes.

Rivers Plumbing is a wonderful company. They definitely took care of my family when my pipes bursted from this winter freeze we had right before Christmas. After installing the water heater, he explained the water heater parts and the warranty fully. The estimate was reasonably priced for the job performed. I had a phenomenal experience with Rivers Plumbing. I have had an issue with my kitchen sink for almost 2 years and was always worried about getting it fixed because of the costs. Rivers came out for an initial assessment and truly impressed me by how knowledgeable and quickly they were able to diagnose my problem. They were able to get my sink draining again in almost 20 minutes of installation and were very thorough in explaining what they did and how they did it. They were upfront with all of the costs that were associated and I did not have any surprises throughout the entire process. I will surely be calling them again and have told several others to do the same.

For a business that has only been around for 3 years, their professionalism goes way beyond that! I called the company at 6am on a Friday, and someone was at my house at 9am same day! Don was absolutely amazing. He came out to give me an estimate and assured me that he could get it done. Literally, it took him longer to get the part than it did to repair my pipes under the house. When he was done, he showed me pictures of the before and after, and the work was spectacular! Relievers Plumbing has a forever customer in me, but hopefully I won't need them again lol.

Loved working with Rivers plumbing! They were timely and communicated well. We had a small leak and noticed a crack in our toilet. They recommended we pick up the toilet ourselves to keep us from having to pay them to pick it up (I always appreciate companies who help you save money!) They recommended two different brands for us to choose from and they were easily found at Lowe’s. Rivers installed it the next day. We will likely use them in the future for other plumbing needs. So happy to find a quick, reliable, and honest plumber.

River is extremely responsive, came to my house several times in order to make sure his work was done right, and was very fairly priced. He replaced a pull-down kitchen faucet as well as 2 bathroom faucets. He was knowledgeable about existing brands & parts and provided advice about the faucets purchased, supply lines, etc. Will definitely call him again in the future!

These guys are THE BEST!! My hot water heater broke just before an ice storm shut everything down for days. Driving conditions were terrible. After waiting for a different plumber to arrive for several days, with no hot water, we finally gave up and called Rivers. They showed up the next morning during a blizzard and I had hot water within an hour! They’re my heroes!! They were friendly, efficient, and less expensive than our initial plumber. I will never, ever use anyone else!

Called Rivers to replace a leaky hose bib and an aging washer connection box. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly and was on time. Answered all questions I had and did the work professionally. Wouldn't hesitate to use Rivers again in the future for any plumbing needs.
