AT&T Store

I had no trouble finding what I needed, Maddy had an answer for any of my questions, she was very helpful and kind. I will definitely be returning as a valued customer

I had to stop in at the AT&T store in Shelbyville, Tn and was greeted so kindly by Ashton Batts. He was the only employee there to work the store, but handled all of us like a true pro. He was rattling off prices of the phones and their plan agreements like he ate and slept the store products info. He was helping a customer while also helping me ( I told him to help her because she seemed overwhelmed with the call she was making that needed info about her old phone to continue the sale) and yet he was so calm and efficient. I doubt anything will have him show stress on the outside. And with more customers coming in he didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I was so impressed with how he handled himself, yet he definitely knew what he was doing. He knows that job inside and out.

I hope whoever reads this will see what a great employee Ashon is and give him a raise/promotion or both. Despite his young age, he is really on fire. He will give you 100% and deserves to be acknowledged and “upgraded”. He helped me with a device I shouldn’t even have had a problem with, but was sent the wrong device. He had not only me covered in what to tell the corporate office to get further help, he was offering the same to the other customer with the people she was dealing with.

I can’t say enough about Ashon. He will do right by you if you are fortunate enough to get him if you need to get service there. A great job Ashon! Thank you so much for all the sacrifices you make to do your job. You are so important! I hope management sees you can handle anything and can give you more responsibility—with better pay, of course!

Kierra and the whole squad was amazingly helpful and caring for the customer like no other ATT store I've ever interacted with! Really appreciate their service and willingness to do anything to help take care of me. Very joyful team of employees that really enjoy their jobs👍👍👏👏👏🤗

I had the pleasure of having Kierra assist me this evening and was not disappointed. Kierra had amazing customer service skills and spent the entire hour that I was there multi-tasking assisting 3 different customers. I am not sure what AT&T is paying her but I am fairly certain it's not enough !!! Kierra really knew what she was doing and got me out of there and on my way with my new phone. This girl should be a manager !!! Hard to find employees like her these days, a true asset to AT&T !!!

When we walked into the store we were immediately greeted by Kierra who welcomed us in and answered our questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and we could not help but be impressed by her professionalism. I also must say that she was training two other very personable ATT consultants and my wife and I agreed that ATT could not have been better represented!!

Had a great experience with a female Employee named Maddie, she was very respectful,she shared some laughs with us and was very helpful and informative with everything, even helped us save some money. Was happy to buy my iPhone 12 Pro from here, the specific one I wanted wasn’t in stock at the store but Maddie ordered it to be sent to my home and the delivery was fast too, literally just one day later it was at my doorstep.

Alicia was wonderful. She truly went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied in switching from Verizon to AT&T. She was very pleasant to do business with and because of her I am satisfied to say I am now a former Verizon customer and will continue to do business at the Shelbyville location.

The manager and employees at this store were very kind and helpful. I, unknowingly, had signed up for AT&T service through a third party dealer, who refused to answer all my questions once my account was set up. I had some concerns with my bill and new plan, which the employees at this store explained; and then they took the time to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Thanks, Robert & Kenneth for all your help! You helped make my transition being an AT&T customer 100% better!

Very nice people in the Shelbyville, TN AT&T that are excellent at getting you set up for a new phone. They actually had the Cingular Flip IV in stock to replace my old worn out Cingular 2 flip phone. They were so nice and transferred most of my numbers and pictures to my new phone.
Kenzie was awesome! That girl deserves a raise for taking care of setting up my new phone! This store is by far the friendliest and most helpful of the three places I have tried in the past. The manager was very nice too. Lewisburg and Columbia could take a lesson from them! I came because my aunt suggested them and she was right.
The location is convenient to get in and out because they have a red light there also. There is also handicap parking which I need also.
They deserve a five star rating! They take care of their customers. I think my aunt said that Kenzie also helped her there also and raved about her too. Great job Shelbyville employees!

Kenzie was very helpful and professional. She made the decision to switch from my previous cell provider to at&t super easy and even helped get me a better phone. My only regret is I didn't stop in and see her sooner.

I had visited the store for phone replacement from att insurance the clerk shairica or sherica did a great job helping me , as I needed new pass word and all. The store was very busy and she did an outstanding job with all, there was a customer she could not help at absolutely no fault of hers customer became loud and abusive yelling and cursing, it was all I could do to keep from stepping in I am x milary with my own issues that I had to keep in check. She handled the situation with great calm and control, and should not go in appriciated. Great job and a great pleasure to do buisiness there.

Kenneth and Izzaria were awesome. Didn't feel lied to. Very knowledgeable. Tried to sell obviously because that's their jobs but basically were just honest kind and patient with us. Very very much appreciate when it doesn't feel like a used car salesman (or woman) when I'm inquiring about phones. Wouldn't go to a different store. Thank you guys!

Hannah was absolutely great to work with on switching phones and purchasing my new one. As was the other 2 associates at the store that day. Great place great people.

This team was PHENOMENAL here in Shelbyville, TN. Customer service above and beyond. That makes all the difference.

I went in to pay off one of my phones, and left with another one. The store manager was very helpful, and we breezed through without any problems. He even offered me a new plan which is saving me money each month. I will always recommend this to everyone I know, and if you’re considering starting a plan with anybody, it should be them. They are very knowledgeable, and will do whatever they can to help you out! He even changed the tv to a kids movie so that my son could be occupied while we were in there.

Kierra, Kenzie and Kenneth were amazing for us today. We are having a hard time getting internet to our new house, and calling customer service was just giving us the run-around. These three awesome people were able to get us the answers we needed and lifted our moods tremendously. After days of trying to get answers over the phone, they got us what we needed to know in about 40 minutes. Thank you all so much!

I am thankful to have Jarrett the technician from AT&t come out today to fix our power line for the Wi-Fi great attitude good conversation really seem like a hard worker God bless him to help get Wi-Fi back on

Andrew, the store manager, worked tirelessly to set up my new account. Any delays were not due to AT&T but to my previous service.
Andrew explained my options and explained benefits & drawbacks to various plans. It was a no pressure experience.

The young lady that helped me was AMAZING. Very helpful , polite and very thorough with the process of setting me up with new services. I left Verizon to come to AT&T and so far no regrets
