I went into the store today with a bit of a complicated exchange. Marquis and Ashton were amazing in their willingness, ability, and speed to help me out. They made the process really smooth and it was such a pleasant experience, I felt compelled to leave a review to let them know how much I appreciated their service. I felt welcomed soon as I walked in by all the welcoming smiling faces. I’m usually an indecisive person so I was back and forth on about 5 different shoes and Cam helped me and stayed patient with me the whole time! He showed great customer service and had presence/awareness for customers and I’m very thankful for that.

We’re in Atlanta for a baseball tournament. Stopped by the mall on our way out. The manager today, TD was great. It seemed that every customer at the check out counter had an issue including me. She held her composure, was very patient and friendly. This experience was a 180 from our visit a couple days ago. although I did feel bad the young man who was the only one at the checkout counter with long lines with no help
