Exceptional Service! Amazing Help! Honda Carland has worked with my family for years now. When I took my Pilot to Christian Auto Brothers and other places, they charged me too much, didn’t know what was going on, or didn't solve the issues, which kept recurring. The minute I took it to Honda Carland, I was relieved because everything was solved immediately and taken care of perfectly. Great service—fast and reliable. They even provide a loaner car when working on your vehicle. Shane, who works here, is a great help every time. Thank you so much. If you have a Honda, go here. Don’t take your car anywhere else.

I wanted to let you know that Shaq at the Honda Carland service Center provide excellent customer service last week. I went in because I my 10year old Accord, with 100,000 miles on it had FCW system failure alert along with a lot of other warning lights on. My car was also running rough. It ended up needing the whole FCW system replaced, in addition to front brakes replaced and some other odds and ends that was going to take several days. Shaq was able to use my consistent record of bringing to it Honda for maintenance to make a case with the Warranty dept to cover the brake replacement cost. That saved me nearly $2000. He made sure I was provided with a rental car during the multiple-day repair. I also appreciated that he kept me informed every step of the way about what was being done, what was important to consider and what was not. Overall, just very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Went with tire pressure light turned up on my honda fit despite filling tire 2 weeks ago. They removed a nail and patched it for free.

Convenient online scheduling. The service advisors are great about communicating about how the service is progressing and if any additional issues come up. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Shout out to José for this most recent visit! He did a great job!

They provide their own Uber rides back to where you want to go and back to the location when your car is in the shop. Pretty cool and the facility is nice and clean.

They checked and replaced all the necessary components, and even alerted me to some potential issues that I wasn't aware of. Overall, I felt like my car was in good hands and I left feeling confident in its performance. The mechanics here are very responsible, the prices are reasonable, and the repair speed is also very fast.

Made an appointment online and dropped it off without any issues, Evan was super helpful with every step of the process. He took time to explain the extended warranty procedure, any issues that may come up during diagnosis, and communicated progress of the repairs until complete. Once complete he showed me the repairs and explained them to me and again asked if I had any questions or concerns. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I won’t be going anywhere else.

Eli is the BEST guy to go to. I started going over here. Staff is always really helpful, nice and extremely punctual when it comes to your car. I live 35 miles away there are closer Honda service centers but I would still drive all the way up here. 10/10 the best!

Wow! I don't usually take the car in for service BUT today I volunteered to since Hubby was busy. Professional customer service from Shaq and Brandon including updates on ETA and NO upselling services. The service tech that worked on my car, was also very knowledgeable and explained things well. Clean and comfortable waiting area but a bit worn. They also generously offered me a ride home if needed instead of waiting. Worth the premium to pay for service here.

Eli was great to deal with. He was attentive and offered exceptional customer service. He got me an "out the door price" for new tires and I was there the next day, done within 2 hrs.

Great experience. Dropped off my car before work and was able to get it picked up during lunch. Service and staff were great. They don’t typically do appointments ahead of time, more walk in service. They don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Overall highly recommend ✅

The service here has always been fantastic. I’ve had my 2011 Honda Pilot taken care of here since day 1. Evan was our rep for this appointment and he was wonderful- informative, helpful, friendly and professional.
