I placed a order on January 25th for a trip I had planned. On the confirmation email I got when I placed the order it said my order would get shipped within 3-7 business days. 8 days passed so I emailed them and called them. After calling them a helpful girl told me the manager would get back to me. 2 days passed and by this time I’m very annoyed and I just want my clothes. I dm them on Instagram and they responded to me saying they just wanted to make sure that I was placing the order due to fraud in the past (someone hacked my card a while ago) and when the emailed them before I was telling them it was me. Now over 16 days I didn’t get my package because everything is sold out. I’m very annoyed and upset and wish they would’ve messaged me with their concerns before The clothes went out of stock.
