20231210 The young black man at the dr8ve thru window was so welcoming. He has a beautiful smile. I originally wanted the iced pumpkin spice chai latte but they don't sell that anymore. I ended up getting the cream brulee latte and the barista was very attention and asked if I would like the iced version. Then I wanted it woth soymilk and he asked if I still want whipped cream on top. I love that they pay attention. Amazing!! A++!!

Car line outside was incredibly long who decided to go inside. Very fast service full crew at noon on a Monday. Certainly not cutting corners. Super fast service and everything was perfect. I was shocked by how fresh and clean the inside look. Definitely did not expect that.

I absolutely LOVE this location. I make it a point to stop here whenever I am traveling from Florida into Georgia. Although the service at most Starucks is good, this location has set the bar pretty high. I tried an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso for the first time time last week, it was absolutely delicious. So......... of course I had to make the time to tell the Barista how much I enjoyed it!!

This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever gone to. Everyone there is fast, efficient and so polite. It’s also very clean. We stop every time we go down to Florida. Great job to the manager and team there.

I am traveling and I always stop at Starbucks before I hit the road. This is by far one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to. I have never seen a staff that is this welcoming to their customers. I just had a mobile order but when I walked in I was welcomed and they made sure my mobile was correct before I left! Amazing staff and atmosphere!!!

At first appearance, my crossaint was too dark. I was hungry and decided to try it any way. Omg, it was sooo good. It's been a hit or mis with them lately. Our beverages were tasty too. It made those last 3 hours great.

Anytime I drive to Florida I always stop at this location for my coffee. It is perfect every single time! Friendly and fast.

Road tripping!!! If there are no local coffee places, Starbucks is the next best place to stop to get that energy jolt (and use the internet).

Very busy! BE NICE! Drive thru was crowded, I needed to stretch my legs anyways so I went in (which wasn't too crowded). Employees were nice, store was clean with plenty of places to sit (as well as outside).

Drink was just how I requested (iced vanilla latte, nothing freaky for God's sake). Will definitely stop again if in the area.

This is one the most friendly Starbucks, I have ever visit! From Georgia, Florida, all that way to Mobile Alabama...Valdosta location is one of the BEST! Plus the place is clean and great atmosphere! Way to go Valdosta Title Town! This location is near by the Interstate 75!

I want to thank Samuel the manager and the staff at this Starbucks. We are on family vacation and stopped at this Starbucks around 8am have been on the road since 4 am. We walked into a super friendly and kind staff helping us. With in a minute of my son having his drink he dropped it on the floor and it exploded. Samuel came over right away and told us don’t worry about it. Two different staff and Samuel came over and cleaned it up within a minute or two and another staff made my son a new drink and brought it to him. They have no idea how much that meant to us and especially my son he was so embarrassed and felt sooooo bad that it happened. I wish we lived closer and I’d make this my only Starbucks. But since I can’t please if you leave in this area know you have an amazing Starbucks! Thank you again.

The coffee is good and they do respond to the reviews which suprised me it does show that they are considerate of their customers. (New review) Lately I've been ordering extra cold foam on all my drinks and I love it that they actually put a lot on the drink because it's so good!

Like always, great coffee. Today, I discovered Royal English Breakfast Tea Latte. It was very good 👍🏻 I can recommend it, if that would be something you would like.

Absolutely love this place. The customer service is top notch and they are very friendly. They make sure to serve fast and efficiently. Quality of their items is important and they do not hesitate to fix something if it’s not right. My go-to place to study or when I want to read a good book.

Stopped by on our way back home to Florida from vacation and got two shaken espressos. The drinks were both really good and the nice barista even added extra ice to mine when I asked. It was a really nice stop! Thank you

We have been visiting this Starbucks for over 20 years. It is very clean and well managed. The parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of when it is very busy or if you have a large vehicle.

BEST STARBUCKS SINCE IVE BEEN TRAVELING. Though I did not get it I strongly would say get the Strawberry Acia with lemonade. And if You are there when Myles is working you will feel Welcome. I promise you.

Great group of people will take care of your caffeine addiction. Always have wonderful service and my coffee is always just the way I like it!
