Davidson Of Dundee

I have not been in Davidson of Dundee in 2 years. Their selection of Candies, Jellies, Sea Shells, Sauces, Fruit, and Souvenirs is Delightful; and makes a stop in (off hwy 27) worth your time, whether a resident "local" or vacationer. The candy factory had tours at set times, and for school trips. (not sure if they still do) They take Orders and have a Catalog. I did notice many candies have added artificial flavors added. I do Not remember any artificial additives 3 years ago, when I bought for my son's teachers & Principal. They sell "Orange Blossom" perfume, I really would have liked to buy ($7.95); but, it had no ingredients listed. It smelled just like orange blossoms; and, someone will answer the 800# on the packaging 🤗. And, they are open on Sunday. FREE SAMPLES 😁

You MUST visit here! High quality and homemade marmalade, jams, jellies, spreads, jelly candies, fresh citrus fruits and more. They are The best. The jelly citrus candies are lovely, great natural citrus flavour with the right amount of sweet. My husband gets a jar of Orange Marmalade, while I love the Coconut spread for my morning toast. My family stopped here on our Florida vacations and now my family do as well, a 40 plus years tradition. Thank-you to the Davidson’s family team for making and sharing a quality product!

Super beautiful store! I bought some of the jelly candies which are yummy! They have samples of them and fudge, even a sample of the orange that they have for the month which was honeybell! Just an FYI you can buy them individually for $1.25 each!

It may not look like much from the outside but this is a cute candy shop with a bunch of great items to choose from! The ladies who work here are extremely nice and helpful! We really enjoyed our stop here and the kids loved all the samples! Definitely a place worth stopping if you're in the area!

What I like most is the nostalgic feel this place has. Having grown up in Central Florida there used to be a lot more places like this on the various state roads (when there were orange groves as far as the eye could see). It's nice to see Davidson hang in there and staying traditional.

Citrus candies, jellies, marmalades, and fruit butters of all flavors....love this place! The lady in the front is extremely helpful about how to use the jellies, tons of samples available. Prices are just right! It will be my new stop on US-27.

Overwhelmed with the number of great handmade products they make. One of their long time employees, Cindy, greeted me and gave me a mini tour. She informed me about how all of the candy is made and packaged and was incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of the business. I purchased some chocolate covered pecans, citrus candies and a box of assorted goodies. Stop by if you have a chance. It’s a terrific family owned business.

Wow is this place cool. A real old time handmade candy shop like I remember from a long way back. It's as clean a place as I have ever seen. They still have samples and the pricing is great. The people working there are awesome also!

This is a great little stop to get freshly made candy and jellies. Perfect place to pick up a gift/souvenir to take home to someone.

I love this place, it’s one of the only things left of old Florida. The product is great, customer service is great, a must see. I stop by here every time I’m in the area. Spend too much and candy and jam’s. But it’s worth it. They have fruit when in season also. I never got a chance too do the tour, one day.

Enjoyed this place alot. Love their candy. And that hot sauce is sooo good. The woman who was there (not sure of her name) was super friendly and helpful. Definitely going back.

Really cool to see them making and packaging the candy in house! It’s all so delicious and priced fairly. Lots of free samples too!

If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to stop. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their sweets.

While on vacation, we stopped by, shopped, enjoyed the samples.

I stopped in their in June on the road with my husband. The first time, I was in Florida it was hard to pick what candy. All the candy I got and brought home didn't last. You guys made my first trip to Florida good. The employees were so polite and helpful. Thank you I will ordered from you guys.

This candy shop is great! The citrus jelly candies are so delicious, and they are made fresh right there. They also have an amazing selection of jams and preserves, as well as lots of fun, reasonably priced souvenirs. I enjoyed shopping here, I plan on stopping in whenever I get the chance to visit my family in Florida again.
