Delivering….Turn down Gateway, make right at second driveway. Go pass the first building make right. Receiving door is in the middle on your left. I was an hour early, assigned a door immediately. Appointment was at 10:00 a.m. They started unloading me in about 20. It’s said At that time I was the only truck. that you should be able to park overnight. There does seem to be space in the rear. Plenty of room to back in. Restroom also available. Hint…get there early. They may unload you, a lot of the local companies start coming in at around 9:30 and seems like they only have one person unloading. JS the later you come, the longer you may have to wait. 🤷🏽‍♂

I just go to the parts warehouse to best place to go. They always have what you need. Really knowledgeable people there too, not like your average O'reilly's. Also they're in alaska so that helps

Great experience. Put in a door 30 minutes before my appointment opened the doors of the containe (First time I put eyes on the load) loaded nose to tail with the pallets sideways! No problem out in 45 minutes no wait on the paperwork. Thanks team!

Staff is always helpful. Keith is very knowledgeable and a great teacher. He actually got a clutch from the shelf and showed my son how it worked. It's close to my house and I'm in there often because I drive a dodge 😂

This corporation is awesome. With electronic clocks and mandated 34 hour breaks drivers are elated when they can arrive early and be able to park overnight in a designated area on the shipper or receiver's property. I arrived on Saturday and was able to start my 34 hour break. The establishment is big clean and driver friendly. I parked in a visible area but not obstructing anyones path. Thank you O'Reilly for being truck driver friendly. It is appreciated.

I'm a regular here. Everyone is always very nice. Really wish they would restock the monster energy drinks more often.

Kudos to Mike in this retail store! Best customer service I have experienced in quite a long time! Needed a part for our motorhome step and he went above and beyond to find us a wiring harness for our step! He didn't give up until he found one! Success! Thank you Mike!

I want to say thanks to Keith at O'Reilly's I am working on my 1967 VW bug and not only do they have many parts for my car, Keith knows a lot about vw's and was very helpful, I will be telling all my VW friends to come see him at the O'Reilly's store.

if talks continue this path and its the good Lord's will I'll be the new Maintenance Supervisor ,, so nothing negative to say but even before this I've always got my parts here because the prices are competitive and if the store is out of stock the wearhouse is attached to it so BOOM never have to order it and wait , thus saving time and money

I went to O'Reilly Auto Parts warehouse. I spoke to this young man by the name of Jeremy and asked him if he could help me. He was polite, professional, friendly and very helpful. One of the nicest people I ever met. His customer service skills were amazing. They should hire more like him.

It was my first time in O'Reilly's autopart store. Folks inside helped me find the part in 2 minutes. In and out of the door in four!

Love this place I am a customer for life. The Mgr and staff were very respectful and caring to my needs. I am not looking to get anyone in trouble so I won't say names.and I can't go in to much detail without saying how. but I can tell u if u are reading reviews they would have gotten in trouble for how they helped me out right before Christmas. Let's just keep it at that. Even if u may have had an issue or anyone at this store has pissed u off its probably because u started it. I will defend this place in a heart beat.
