McDonald's

I do not like my nuggets cold, so I request fresh drop and no condiments on my burger. I ask nicely and say Thank you. It May take a min.

Our 10 pc nuggets were arranged so neatly my daughter didn’t want to eat them. So we took a photo so we would never forget. Fries were piping hot and delicious. And the lady who handed us drinks even marked the one different one and told us.

I used the app and accidentally ordered from the wrong location. The crew and Manager we great. I want them to get recognized for their exemplary service.

Order ahead with the app and the wait is eliminated and the food is fresh. Plus you earn points for free food and drinks.

What can you say, it's McDonald's. Prices are getting out of hand but it's that way everywhere. But the staff is friendly and good service through the drive-thru.

They are always packed around breakfast and lunch but the food is freshly serverd

This location always gets my order right and there hasn't been one time that the fries were not fresh, crispy and salty. Service is great, the only problem is the location. A lot of suspicious characters hanging around.

Love my sweet tea from McDonalds. Lovin' It! They are very nice friendly staff. If it's not right...they make it right. Love the service and my McD's favorite food. AWESOME 👍

Very quick staff did not have to wait long at all for my food

Big changes since a couple of months. Great staff members and managers (the crew). Very clean inside the location and the restrooms 2. like I say, is a big big change you’re more than welcome in this location they treat you like people.👍 I’m loving it.

Luv my breakfast steak round egg and cheese on a bagel...But I especially luv my has brown nice and hot always.. The girl at the drive thru window is always smiling and in a beautiful mood even tho it's 6am ..gracias

For the most part it's awesome but if you don't don't like your job don't take it out on the customers. Especially when I say 'thank you' then you turn your nose up at me. 'Your Welcome' would've been nice or a fake smile

I love McDonald's but I think that the bagel should be on the menu for 24 hours, lunch and breakfast. And also I think that you should be able to buy gift cards in the drive-thru but other than that you can't not beat McDonald's

While the drive through was a little slow and cramped for a time between lunch and dinner, I haven't been to a better run McDonald's. The staff was friendly and overall seemed great with customers. The food was hot and fresh. And this was probably the first McDonald's location I've been to where it seems like they're doing all the things they're supposed to be doing for COVID. Everything seemed clean, pristine, staff was wearing gloves, contactless payment, masks - AND they were still friendly. I wish I lived closer but now I know where to stop when I head out toward Tampa from Orlando for work.

Edit 7/3/21: From 2 to 5 stars! Shoutout to Chyna, who's the most thorough drive through attendant I've seen at a McDonald's in a while! She not only checked the bar, but she also asked what sauce I ordered from the app and made sure the type and quantity was accurate. I appreciate that attention to detail, especially because McDonald's these days is stereotypically joked about for their lack of attention to sauce requests in the ice cream machine being broke haha

7/1/21: I had to go back in for the sauce I requested in the line and my fries we cold and soggy. It's one thing to not have sauce, but to have it on the receipt and not get it isn't the best feeling. Not the most important thing in the world, but still, step up the game...

Love the food and pricing was fair
My daughter took me and my Grandson out to lunch it means so much to me to be spoiled like that. Made me feel good. Was disappointed that our outing had to come to an end but we are thañkful for the time we spend together or even the smiles or to hear I love you back. Makes me feel wonderful.

The manger is awesome, she was doing all the work, while the employees are yelling at her. Telling her they will not do this or that, screaming and throwing fit's like they were 2 years of age. The manger had them clock out, she apologized to the customers for their behavior, you could see this woman holding back tears.

One problem there was a assistant manager or manager that doesn't know what customer service means she was rude bad attitude

McDonald's here is always a good place to go in the staff is very friendly and very quick to get your order placed. One thing I've noticed about McDonald's lately and this is all McDonald's is the self order screens they have. I don't feel those are really necessary or even helpful. It's better to have someone take your order and help you personally then try to be talkin to a piece of computer software.
