Pie12 Napoletana Coal Fired Pizzeria

I found my new local pizza spot. Delicious! Extra thin with a nice balance between the cheese, sauce and dough. I looked at the bottom of my leftover pizza’s 30 minutes after eating and the bottom was still completely dry and crunchy! Not greasy at all. I tried the Margarita and the Americana pizza! Yummm!

Great Place with a beautiful oven. Peroni was ice cold and the pizza was crispy with fresh cheese. One of the best pizzas around for sure. Many people came in and ordered other items that looked delicious. I will return and try them as well. A must try in the area.

Great coal fired pizza. The best way to cook pizza for flavor and crust. The sauce was also amazing. My new go-to every time in the largo, Indian rocks beach (IRB) area!

Top notch Neapolitan-style pizza! Pizza was perfect, service was prompt. I got takeout but would definitely dine in next time. The beautiful painting of the pizza maker on the wall says it all: they are passionate about their pizza here, and the result is delicious.

Best spot in the Tampa area, perfectly cooked Napoletana crust, sauce , cheese quality. Official Brooklyn NY Pizza reviewer. The margarita pizza was surprisingly great for this area, not salty. The calzone formaggio was huge and full of balanced flavor. Awesome appetizer with the burrata. Great espresso and the service was amazing. Best pizza you going to find outside of NY or NJ, my new spot when down south.

This is coming from an extremely picky person who eats the same pizza place every Saturday because I fear change and trying anything new. I stopped at this place with a friend yesterday because I was in town for a football game located almost directly behind the plaza. I’m not sure if the young lady waiting on us was one of the owners but I felt bad for being short with her and saying we just want a pizza and 2 drinks. I wish I would have told her why we didn’t need to see the menu because we were kind of in a hurry to catch the game. If you were the owner and are reading this I promise I did not mean to sound rude if that is how it came across. She was still patient with us and informed us there was fresh basil on the pizza to which we said no thank you to because again, we are both picky eaters. Fast forward to the pizza. I had heard of Neapolitan style pizza before but never thought I would like it. Oh my god was it AMAZING. The best decision we ever made stopping in here. If I lived in the area I would be there once a week for sure. We got a 12in pizza and 2 drinks which was $20. I gave a $15 tip because I felt bad for possibly sounding rude which was unintentional but also because I felt like the pizza and her kindness was worth a ton more than what the pizza cost. YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS PLACE OUT!! I recommend dining in at least for the first experience.

Everything was so delicious! Definitely planning on going again! I had the burrata, Prosciutto e Rucola with the tomato sauce, nutella calzoni, and a cannoli. The service was nice as well and it had a good ambiance.

Food is good and homemade. Service not welcoming and seems like there is tention.
Sauce is great and that is very important next to a nice thin crispy crust.

Best pizza in the area. We had a Caesar salad to start and the burrata which was huge and delicious. Finished it off with the Diavola pizza with added artichoke hearts.

Visiting Largo from MN tried the Pie12 pizza and the Margherita pizza was delicious. Great crust cooked in the coal fire oven. Restaurant Busy but staff very friendly.

Our first time here and I must say the food is very good... a little pricey for dough, however authentic.

We love the bruchetta with fresh mozzarella, the meatballs and of course the Nutella calzone. You can't go wrong with anything they make. We eat here at least 3 times a month.

Fresh authentic coal-fired pizza. Super clean and super friendly service. We traveled all over and compared pizza experiences, Pie12 gets our two thumbs up.

It’s a small sort of mom & pop-esque place. Believe me when I say it lives up to the title. The food was incredible, particularly the meatballs. So much so that a year later after I’ve come back down to Florida I had to go back. The staff are great as well. This place really deserves more spotlight, give the meatball appetizer a try!

The pizza was incredibly delicious! The people were very nice! Establishment was clean. It was cool to get to see him making the pizza with the dough and stuff too!

My husband and I are very happy that we can enjoy authentic pizza from Pie12 without going to New York or Italy. We Highly recommend this place to everyone!
