Aloft Miami Dadeland

We had to come to Miami in a rush due to a family emergency. Without proper planning, my 3 dogs had to come with us. Arriving at 7:30pm we needed a hotel for the night. I want to thank Aloft for being so accommodating to us!! We were allowed a late check out and housekeeping staff were very understanding and patient. Our stay here eased our concerns for our dogs and our room was clean and smelled great. Our dogs are our kids now that our kids are adults so I can’t stress enough how appreciative we are!

Another stay here and everything flawless. Welcoming helpful staff and great facilities.
I'm not sure why some are unhappy with this hotel, I found it to be perfect. Some minor details within room, conditioner no longer on wall as rest of toiletries (rm 409), clean up crew not immediately cleaning spilled liquid in elevator but those were minor details.
The staff cared to call me prior to my check-in time and ask preference on room. They also left a personal handwritten note in my room. Front desk, breakfast lady, and rest of team were amazing.
Good size gym. Good free parking. Good pool and outdoor area. Great little bar.
Amazing locator shopping and restaurants. The walking area felt safe. Access to highway was immediate. Very quiet hotel.
The most amazing thing is I feel this is the first marriot where they are aware of all my perks and highlight them to me so O use them at my convenience, even asking if I'd need a late check out.
My experience here was flawless, with great value, and I'll stay again.

Great hotel in a great location. Patty, the guest service agent is so helpful. When I asked her for a local Cuban restaurant, not only did she find me one, she also printed the menu for me. She is super helpful and has made this day that much better! I would highly recommend staying here!

If I could give this hotel 100 stars, I definitely would! Hotel was nearby a mall with loads of stores to choose from. Apart from that, pet friendly! Hotel rooms were spotless, very-well maintained. I would like to thank the staff. Two of the staffs, if I’m not mistaken Cindy and Elizabeth; excellent customer service. THE BEST. They kept on checking up on my friends and I making sure if we were good, and if we needed anything. Overall best hotel to stay in!

The staff was absolutely hospitable! The overnight auditor was very welcoming as I entered the building. I was there during a very busy weekend however the staff was fabulous. I will definitely stay at this location next year. The rooms can definitely use some renovations.

I have been in the hotel business for years I n Ocho Rios, Jamaica 🇯🇲. In fact,my family still doing that from hotels ranging from boutique to 5 star hotels.I'm saying this because we know this business inside out. I had the opportunity to stay @ this facility for 2weeks,Front office Manager Carlos,is irreplaceable,and an additional asset to Aloft international. He went above & beyond to see to it that accommodation was addiquet & what was needed.Patty,front Desk Star,gives full attention unless attending to other guests. She is highly professional, motivated, & informative. She is an excellent worker & a huge asset to Aloft Miami Dadeland without a doubt. Yari,the chef,makes the freshest grill chicken salad,burgers & her fresh fruit salad is the best there is,& I'm Jamaican, I know fresh fruits.Thank you Aloft Miami Dadeland for the excellent Service towards family, it is deeply appreciated.

If you’re looking for a dog-friendly hotel with modern amenities in the Kendall area then this is the best place. The service is superb, the space very welcoming and modern, a nice pool area, outdoor seating, and there was even an enclosed dog run! We will be staying here next time we’re in Miami visiting family.

Stephany and all front desk staff as well as food service employees, house keepers,… were, in a word, EXCELLENT.

Thank you so much to the staff. We had such a wonderful experience we didn’t want to leave .. staff was so polite and treated us like family. Beds were so comfy and they cleaned our room daily. If there was something we needed they were very attentive to it. Thank you so much to all of you. Will definitely stay with you again if we come back to Miami.

Had to say great price, clean and the rooms were decent size. Shower had burning hot water for those of you that like to burn yourself for pleasure lol. Great location.

We recently had a problem with our room, when calling customer service they fixed it right away!! It was a nice place to stay at and I recommend everyone to stay here. Elizabeth ,a staff, was the kindest towards us and treated us amazing. Overall, recommend this to everyone.

Best budget friendly hotel. The rooms are clean. Ample amount of parking has a starbucks right across the street. The hotel is welcoming and has the most amazing staff.

I recently stayed at the ALOFT Miami Dadeland and had a fantastic experience. The modern design and vibrant atmosphere of the hotel were very appealing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. I would definitely recommend ALOFT Miami Dadeland for both business and leisure travelers.

Im several ocasiones while I’ve been remolding my house I have stayed at this location and I can honestly say I have yet to in counter a problem. Starting with the new remolded rooms to the morning front desk staff Cindy and Elizabeth on to the afternoon shift Carlos and Patty to the Night Shift all of housekeeping have amazing hospitality been here a little over a month now and totally don’t understand why anyone would write a bad review. If there is a maintenance problem they care of it right away need an extra towel right away all in all this hotel treats you like family

SUPER! We loved it! We chose the Aloft Miami Dadeland to stay before we left for our cruise. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. The location can’t be beat - easy walk to Publix (super convenient since we forgot to pack a few things for our trip), multiple other stores in the area, and the mall. Plus, right next door is an awesome Cuban bakery that we ate at for breakfast an a delicious Thai place as well. They are doing renovations in the hotel right now, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. We were lucky and got one of the newly renovated rooms on the 2nd floor. The room was beautiful, comfy bed, and quiet. Just what we needed after our long flights from Canada! The pool area is very nice as well. We cannot wait to return to see everything else they’ve done!

I stayed here recently for a couple nights and was impressed with this hotel. The rooms were updated and nice. The pool area also looks like it was updated with new features and furniture, which is always nice to see. The service was also excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you're staying in the Miami Dadeland area.

Great staff throughout the entire hotel and the cleanliness was immaculate. Great beds.

Everything in this place is just perfect.
They should change the name for HEAVEN
And all the employees are so professional and nice
Definitely a wonderful place to stay
