BJ's Wholesale Club

This is a typical BJ’s. It was clean and orderly. We were able to get everything we wanted on our weekday visit. The men’s room was acceptable but a bit worn. The staff was pleasant. There is plenty of parking but the lot in front of BJ’s is quite rutted and in need of a major repave. The gas station is cramped when busy but prices are just about the best anywhere in the area. I believe BJ’s stands up well against the other two well-known warehouse stores. Overall we are pleased with this location.

Visited twice over the past week. A premade strawberry birthday sheet - cake for Mother Jean's 94th birthday was just delicious. It served 30 people with some leftovers for the restaurant staff. When out of town for a birthday, I recommend BJ's for that special cake.

Love BJ’s! The staff is always friendly and the prices are generally better than other stores. We shop here for bulk items we use a lot of and pick up little things we need elsewhere.

Chandra was AMAZING! so so helpful with getting my card set up and the sweetest person i've met working here!! She made setting up my card and app easy and showed me amazing features on the app! After leaving i ran to yelp and google just to leave a great review about her, she's amazing. someone give her a raise!!!

Very clean and well stocked store. They have the lowest gas prices as well as propane refills. Good selection of clothes also. Holiday,pool, spirits, meats, produce and just about anything else you need. There is also a tire service center. Although I have not used it yet, it looks nice

Nice wholesale grocery store to get food and supplies for personal use like heartburn meds and used to have my favorite work out protein drink mix. But you still have a good protein isle to choose from. Lots of home garden items and

I visit BJS today with my sister I was having lots of issues by purchasing things that’s was on sale. The club manager took his time out and listen to me and went over and beyond to make things right for me.His name was Jeff And I would like to take this time out to thank him very much for helping me out and taking his time out to help…. All the workers they have a very nice and helped…. Thank you Jeff again!!!

PICK THIS ONE! I work for instacart, and my only experience with wholesale clubs is Costco and Sam's. BJ's is not crowded and to my utter and absolute amazement, several employees approached me and asked me if I needed help finding anything!

Have yall been to BJs lately? Well I was a member in NC and I have been to Sams Club and Costco here. I was met with such friendly customer service throughout the store last night at BJs and it was quiet as well as pretty clean for a store that size. I was impressed and ended up getting a membership after I walked around for a few minutes. I hear just like any where else that sometimes a homeless person will be in the parking lot and for customers safety they get a restraining order which I thought was awesome. I am not being mean but as a mom I need to feel safe without someone following me around with my kids. The other customers didn't try to run me over or hit my cart like they do at Sams and Costco. Absolutely wonderful and the employees actually said hi how are you instead of ignoring me. I was so impressed. Way to go BJs!!!! Plus they are the only ones that have very cute character cakes and cupcakes and they are so yummy and reasonably priced.

I shop at the BJ’s in Orange, Park, Florida, and the cashiers are wonderful, especially Nicole. She helped me tremendously. She is an asset to your company.

This is my go-to place to buy meat from. Walmart meat is terrible. Publix meat looks good but unless it's the fresh patties or meatballs, they lack soul. I can buy any cut of meat from BJs and it will be awesome. I do miss the pre-covid days of being able to pick out your own bagels.

Random story: When the toilet paper freakout happened earlier this year I was at BJs to buy meat. Some guy who looked similar to me took three packs instead of two and started to get yelled at by other customers saying take two and leave some for the those who need it. I don't know what happened to the toilet paper guy, but as I continued shopping I was hunted down by some of these other people thinking I was that guy even though I clearly had no TP in my cart because I'm not a crazy psycho who buys things because of frenzy. I only had meat and bagels in my cart. Oh well, nothing on BJs for people freaking out at others. I just generically look like most guys in Florida (Bald with a beard). Basically it's like in Grand Theft Auto when you find a car you like and when you get in it, all the other cars turn into the one you are driving. That's like 95% of men in Florida.

This store is the best !!! Coupon, prices and always have a solution to club members.

This is an awesome store with a great staff who are VERY helpful. It's MUCH QUICKER and easier to get too than Sam's Club. Gas is fantastic prices; the LP Gas for grills is the best kept secret in Orange Park

Great prices. Friendly employees. They are very helpful and will let you know if they are out of stock on items and when the best time to come back. Easy returns too.

It's always great for ordering online and quick pickup.

BJ's has some pretty great deals but you need to use them regularly to make up for the cost of the membership. They also give a discount on gas at their station.

BJ'S can be relied on for quality products. They actually test products before determining whether or not to carry it in their store. I get most of my small appliances here.

Always love going to BJ's, never know what they'll have

I love BJ's though I still haven't quite gotten the layout & location of things figured out. I forget my coupons too often but have been told how to work that out.
