I'm so excited to be a member of this awesome gym. The staff are all wicked nice and helpful to everyone, really.
They don't ignore you like most gyms and are always around to help you with gear and fitness advice. This place has become my ZEN home away from home.

An employee named Christian signed me up 6 days ago in the most professional and polite way. You really can't go wrong signing up here. Even the members have like minded goals and I just love to see that stuff. People building each other up, instead of tearing each other down.

Why sign up anywhere else? It's completely affordable and health goals really pay off, dummy. So..go sign up.
Make that change for yourself.. now, not later.

I've been a member of this gym for 3 years. I've never had an issue here. They have every machine you'd need... It's clean, staff is friendly... Price is good... You won't be disappointed. Wish they were open 24hrs is my only gripe... But overall great gym

Larry is friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment. He’s got a positive personality and can help you with a fitness plan. Each area is clean and organized. The equipment is maintained and in good working order.

This place is Incredible!!! The people are Super Friendly & Knowledgeable! The Machines are Great! The Aquafit Instructor (Jamaine) is Awesome! I had Gastric Bypass Surgery in November 2017, but I've been eating right & Exercising for well over a year here and Love It!! I've lost 212 pounds as of today (1-3-2020)...

Great gym. Always clean. Never overloaded with people. Have the newest equipment and all the amenities you can desire.

Highly recommend if you are looking for the best gym experience. the facility is very clean and organized and the community is all friendly. I just moved in the area and every staff member will treat you like family. Christian was also very helpful getting me signed up

I used to teach cycle at this gym and the one on Lake Gray, but I stopped after Covid. I came back to this gym (and Lake Gray) as a member in late 2021. I have tried a few gyms in the interim, and let me tell you, I keep coming back to LA for a ton of reasons. Variety of equipment. Availability of equipment (tho the stair steppers are always spotty at working capacity). Better spin room bikes (by far, I would know!!). Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff…and honestly, the gym goers. And also, I like how there are in between weights… 7.5, 12.5, 17.5… Look, I’m a strong woman, lol, but I need in between weights! As a gym rat, I will never go anywhere else. I love LA.

They are awesome, they collaborate with Kingsley Chiropractic for spinal adjustments as part of your exercise regime. Christian is a Awesome manager and leader for this amazing team!

Overall it's a nice gym with respectable members. There's a few guys there that forget they are members of a club and lack complete regard for fellow members by refusing to re-rack their weights and feel that they can occupy multiple machines and stations at a time by leaving their belongings at each spot. The gym should post reminders of gym etiquette.

Clean, spacious, have a pool and steam room and a lot of machines..

One of my favorite locations. Its clean, big and has good equipment.

This gym is full of awesome staff sales are incredible and the operational manager is really nice and the personal trainers are fantastic. The janitor with the long hair julio is really amazing and really keeps up with the equipment in the facility always smiling and doing a great job very professional in my books.

This gym is ALWAYS clean but they have taken it to a new level. The Vice President and the General Manager were both out wiping and sanitizing everything we touch. As soon as you leave a piece of equipment it's wiped down. When the management and staff go to this level to ensure our safety it makes you really appreciate the quality facility we have here.

After almost a year paying the membership, I finally started going, and it's really nice. Lots of machines, nice classes, even though there are just a few per day. Very clean and nice facilities. Would be better if it was 24 hour and a few more classes after 5pm but you can't have everything.

Chris and Spencer(managers) are the best. I've learned so much in such a short amount of time. This is one if not the cleanest gym in Jacksonville. Esporta is still apart of the LA Fitness brand. They still have all the amenities.

Sam was really helpful with answering my questions at the gym. He showed great communication skills and professionalism. I was SHOCKED to see such good customer service at a gym I still can't believe it! I'll always recommend my friends to LA.

Love this place. I have been to a few gyms but this is by far the best. The staff is friendly and supportive of my wellness journey. The trainers are very knowledgeable. Very clean and friendly atmosphere.
