Walmart Pharmacy

Seriously the best pharmacy in Fleming Island! The technicians and pharmacist are great! I switched all my prescriptions from Walgreens. So much faster, more efficient and friendly!

This is a review of the pharmacy, not the whole store. I find the techs and pharmacists top notch.

I always find the pharmacy a pleasant place to visit.
The staff is great, friendly, knowledgeable and always with a smile. It's amazing, seems like the entire staff knows everyone by their name, before you step up to the counter, they are greeting you by your name, I smile when it happens and I've asked on several occasions to a few staff members when it happens.... I would ask, do you guys know everyone of your customers by their name? lol

This Walmart pharmacy has the friendliest staff! My husband and I received our COVID vaccinations today by Andrew. He was efficient and professional! Thanks to the whole staff for everything!

This is a very good pharmacy. They will text when the prescription is filled. They accept Good RX. They don’t have a lot of turnover so the pharmacist gets to know the customers.

I find this Pharmacy is the most friendly pharmacy that I have been too, They always have a friendly smile and very helpful never had a problem there been going there for 8 years.

Electronic dept doesn't know how to answer phone

I have two daily medications. One works fine with the automated refill system. The other consistently comes up as a medication prescribed to someone else. Supposedly, this cannot be fixed. If I worked for the FDA or DEA, I would be very curious why this the case.

I tried to refill this "broken system" medication by speaking with a pharmacist over the phone. The technician said that the prescription could not be refilled that day or the next. The pharmacist repeated this statement, but said they could the following Monday at 10:00 a.m. So I arrived at the dictated time where I was told again, not that they couldn't, but wouldn't fill my prescription because there were no notes from my previous phone call. I was lied to to get me off the phone and out of her hair. Cessation of my medication is considered dangerous by the manufacturer unless ordered by a physician. I would now miss two or more days of my medication. When I asked the pharmacist what I should do about this problem, she said, "Go to a different pharmacy." If you are reading this review and Walmart is not your only choice, listen to this pharmacist and go to a different pharmacy.

I figured out Wal-Mart's deceit! I've always shopped my BOGOs on Saturday. Recently, I've noticed many things "sold out" by the weekend and thinking, like someone once posted on a comment "early bird gets the worm". Well my friends, Winn Dixie's ad came out this morning and guess what? I was in Wal-mart this morning and the three things I wanted BOGO were completely empty...nada, gone, nothing on the shelves. I have realized that although Wal-Mart advertises that they will match all BOGOS, they remove the BOGO items from the shelves the morning these ads hit! Shame on you Wal-Mart!!!!
