I reached out to 911 keys after my sister in law was locked out of her home at 9:30pm. She ended up gaining access however
911 keys offered amazing service when calling for a quote. Even though we ended up not needing their service they still took the time to answer questions. The price & professionalism alone would be worth your business. If I ever need a locksmith I will for sure contact them again.

Got an estimate of 30 minutes and it took them exactly that not a minute longer to get here! Took only 3 minutes to get into my car even with all around tint at night. Phenomenal service. If you ever get locked out of your car I highly reccomend them!

I can't say enough things about how great Dylan and 911 Keys was. The only key fob to my son's car was lost on a Sunday when most places were closed or didn't even bother to return a call. Dylan tried calling Lexus dealers to confirm which key was required since there are multiple choices for this model but service departments weren't open. He came anyway and with. my permission took a shot that the keys he had might do the trick. After trying everything he had, he promised to call the service department the very next morning to confirm the key needed.

True to his word, he called me first thing the next day and confirmed the key we needed was the one key he didn't have in stock--he rush ordered the keys required (OEM keys at substantially less than the dealership would charge me)--and got me handled as soon as they came in the next day. (You can bet we had two programmed!)

Dylan made a really unfortunate situation a lot easier to handle-he was prompt, polite, transparent on all pricing up front, and did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. I would use 911 Keys again in a heartbeat.

Dylan was the ONLY one who answered when we called different locksmiths at around midnight and was going to help us after we got locked out of our airbnb. He was at home and offered on a weekend night to assist us in getting back in. He truly was the only one who cared enough to help us. Not to mention, we were an hour away from one another. If you need a locksmith anytime of the day, don't waste your time going anywhere else
