Rockledge Regional Medical Center Emergency

The entire ER experience was top notch from the moment I registered to discharge. I was shocked how fast I was seen by Juan, NP in triage. He was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate! He has a wonderful bedside manner that set my worries at ease. All of the nurses smiled and you could see they are truly happy caring for their patients. Josh, RN ensured I received prompt care and checked in on me during my stay several times which made me feel safe and important! Josh explained my care and discharge in a way the I could understand. The radiology staff were very gentle and kind during my imaging! I can not leave out Kami and Rachel from Registeration who each took the time to discuss my insurance and spread positivity during my stay! They both went above and beyond to bring happy into the ER for me that day!
I will definitely return to Rockledge ER for my care!!

Doctor Ford and nurse sully took good care of me during my ER visit. Crossed their T's and dotted their I's. Answered all my questions and honestly cared about my concerns. Definitely made me feel comfortable.

We were in the emergency room after a auto accident. Everyone that we came into contact with was very friendly and caring, despite it being a holiday. They moved us along swiftly and we were in and out much faster than anticipated. Thanks to the entire ER staff for everything, you all rock!!

I received the very best care, my doctors and nurses were very Kind ! On top of being very understanding they are very knowledgeable and professional! I came in the ER and they were very thorough which helped me and also, my following up, has been able to see all of my records from there. I was visiting the area and I just cannot say anything else except I would definitely recommend this hospital and take my family, children, grandchildren there if we had an emergency again, Thank you,K

July 4 went into by ambulance thought it was my appendix. Daughter went in July 7th excellent emergency room Doctors. It was Arnold Chari malformation. Her neurologist didn't catch it. Thank God for finding the right Doctors both times.

Alicia, RN and the rest of the ED staff took amazing care of me during my medical emergency. I was quick to be triaged, get into a room, and see the doctor. Dr. Glazer was thorough in her exam and history, and communicated exam findings clearly with a wonderful bedside manner. Kathryn from lab was excellent and compassionate and Alicia was on top of carrying out the orders she was given so I could feel my best. Amazing care all around from the ED, lab, and radiology team.

Everybody was wonderful made me feel very comfortable and calm me down for being in an emergency room. I want to thank everyone who helped me they did a great job. I will always remember “smell the flowers / blow out the candles” Thank you such much to that nurse that helped me breathe.

I am very pleased with the medical service I received at Rockledge Regional Medical Center. The Doctor, the nurses, was very very nice and respectful of my care, very patience, understanding and concern. Check in time was less than 15minutes, the clerk at check in was wonderful and courtesy. Over all 5 stars and hats off to the service I received at Rockledge Regional Medical Center.

The staff at Rockledge regional are great I was checked in and seen within 10 minutes of my arrival, the staff took good care of me and made sure I had proper instructions to follow at home towards my recovery of health

I was at Rockledge Tegional Medical Center for a hip replacement and I have to it’s one of the finest hospitals I been in and I’ve been in a few. The staff including nurses, CNAs, therapists, doctors, even the dietary and housekeeping staff were beyond exceptional. The nurses and CNAs were some of the most pleasant, caring, polite and helpful I have ever experienced. There wasn’t anything I needed or asked for that wasn’t provided. They all went above and beyond what you would expect. The doctors were pleasant and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered before leaving my room each day. I know you don’t go to a hospital for the food, but theirs was top notch. I’ve never before been in a hospital where the housekeeper would introduce h themselves to me and ask if there was any I needed done in the room. If I could give this hospital 10 stars I would. I honestly didn’t even know this hospital existed and when I heard I was going to be transferred here I was a little skeptical of what to expect. I was very happily surprised and am now so thankful this was the hospital that could take me and perform my surgery. If I ever need to be in the hospital again this is definitely the place I’m going. I simple can not say enough about this place.

I was able to be attended to in less than 15mins. Everyone was respectful and friendly and explained all that was going on very simply and they asked if I had any questions.

Everyone who took care of me did an excellant job. They were caring compassionate and handled me as gently as possible. As soon as they learned my hip was broken I was immediately put in an ambulance and sent to Melbourne. The pain was excruciating when they had to move me for Xray but they worked hard to move mminimze the pain. Thank you!

It was a great experience. I was treated very well by the staff and nurses, especially Kristin in the ER. She was exceptionally helpful in making my visit to the ER very comfortable. She kept us abreast of the diagnostic test that were performed, bloodwork results as well as x-ray and possible diagnosis and treatment. It was really the best experience I’ve had in the ER. The last time I was in was not so good at all. This time was very comforting.

I went in by ambulance and told everyone I came into contact with about being Deaf/HOH and every single person from the intake nurses, to the CT scan people, to the dr went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was happening. They quickly did all the necessary tests and figured out what was wrong with me, explained in detail what it was and what the next steps were.
Absolutely great hospital and staff, I cannot recommend them enough.

Unfortunately needed treatment for a fall after suffering multiple wasp stings. Staff was attentive, provided prompt care and information.

It was a good experience. My stomach issues were addressed, however I wish my lower back pain was considered too

Best ER that I’ve EVER been to! Everyone was SO kind, helpful, respectful, and I was out of there in only two hours! Simply amazing! Also, I had my own private room with actual walls and not curtains, and I was not stuck somewhere out in the hallway, which is what usually happens when I go to other hospitals. This hospital is WONDERFUL!!!

This was my first time in an ER. Every one was awesome. Thank you for making me feel better 💕
