Dr Watts and the Heart Rhythm crew are simply the best! They installed my pacemaker and monitored it over the past 10 years with NO glitches at all! Now, they have replaced the battery/pacemaker and did so in about 45 minutes! Were it not for the set up and recovery times, I would have been in and out within an hour and a half! Unbelievabley efficient crew! You can't go wrong with this crew.

I was diagnosed with a heart problem in January 2024. Steward Heart Rhythm Associates has been amazing. Everyone I've encountered from the minute I walked through the door has been nice, helpful, and patient. Dr. Watts has a wonderful bedside manner. He lays out your options in a calm and understandable manner. My primary Nurse Pratictioner is Richard but I have also spoken with Donna. Both seem knowledgeable and take their time when speaking with me. All of the admin staff I've dealt with are equally as good and go out of their way to help.

Dealing with a heart issue has been a bit scary for me. There is a lot to learn even tho my problem is not as serious as many others. I am very grateful to have this team of people working with me and on my behalf.

Back in 2008 I went in surgery for a torn meniscus, after falling asleep around midnight I had five nurses come rushing in my room they said they needed to change the batteries it my heart monitor. I go back to sleep. The next thing I know they're running in again only this time with Dr Steven Watts he told me instead of my knee surge I also needed a pace maker because when I fell asleep my heart would stop of course I would rather stay alive. Here comes 2016 battery was going out and needed to be replaced they usually last about 10 years mine lasted 8 year's we started out with another pacemaker, which I had checked the other day. They told me this should be good for another 2 years and then I'll have to have it replaced. I still get nervous when I have to have it done but I know I am in good hands with Dr Watts, I wouldn't trade him in the world. As far as nurses and
receptionist they are all nice and very friendly, that's why I have been with him for 20 years now. Thank you all very much.

His bedside manor was just what I was looking for. He took a lot of time answering mine and my husband's questions and put our minds at ease about pros and cons about different procedures. Arrived 10 minutes early and was able to do all paperwork and payment before my appointment. Happy that I was called on time and didn't have to sit in the waiting area forever. The staff is exceptional, very cordial and friendly. Always good to see Dr Soma and discuss medical care. Sorry to hear he is moving to the Gulf coast. Wish him the best.

The staff here is very thorough and make sure you are aware of any procedures and follow ups.

Everybody at the clinic was very very polite and they help me out with whatever needs I needed took care of my equipment that wasn’t working kind of properly so I’m very happy with the service

I needed to schedule an appt quickly due to afib. They scheduled me quickly and within minutes had my cardioversion scheduled. I have been going to this practice for over 4 years and have found everyone there so nice from Drs, PAs and nursing staff and front desk. Highly recommend.

Team HRA wins every time...Truly a team in every since of the word. They may be individual people yet they are seamlessly bound together as a caring crew of fine professionals including the intake crew at the front desk, the PA'S, nurses and primary Dr.s. Their skills and humanity are / have been and continue to be an intragal and amazing part in helping to overcome and stabilize not only my heart rhythm problems via a pacemaker and medications but have taught me to understand and adjust accordingly to what changes are going on biologically in this aged beat up physical self I deem a body, hats off to the entire crew. Dr Richard is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. He seems to be on target with any thing I have going on.
