Beth is AMAZING. She really knows her stuff and truly cares about hockey and her customers.
I took my wife here to get her first pair of skates since she isn't hugging the boards anymore, and to get me a new set since I left my old ones back in Alaska. My wife and I had a fantastic time selecting our skates and getting ready for her to keep learning.
I will 100% be back to see Beth. It's so hard to find places in Florida that sell ICE hockey equipment, so she is my go to now. It's a ways for me since I'm by Disney, but it's worth it. Plus she is a military supporter as well.

Support local! Beth is an amazing owner and this is an amazing shop. Played hockey my whole life before moving to Brevard county and this is my go-to place for everything. Hockey or figure skating Beth is super knowledgeable and will get you taken care of!

P.S. there is usually a good selection of used skates as well if you are looking for a budget friendly option

*update: 6/16/21 I was fitted in new boots last week in Atlanta and I measured a 7 regular width instead of the 7.5 wide I was placed in here. A lot of my skate issues have been corrected*

I was visiting from Atlanta and was looking for a pro-shop to help fit me for a new pair of figure skates. I didn't catch the owners name(assuming she was the owner), but she was very knowledgable, patient, and kind. The pro-shops I've been to in Atlanta felt very ''elitist'', I was hesitant to visit a shop while I was down here in fear it would be the same experience. Play Moore Hockey was recommended to me by Space Coast Iceplex and they were right, shout out to SCI - y'all were right! The owner ended up finding out the skates I had been practicing on were 20 year old Riedells, how mind blowing that was; I can't believe skates aren't supposed to feel the way my Riedells felt on my feet. I Originally went in because I wasn't sure what size/width I'd be (I was nervous to order online) I was also looking for a pair of Riedells and was fitted in a pair of beautiful Jackson Freestyles. I have a wider foot and the Freestyles fit like a glove, I can't believe that's how figure skates are supposed to feel.

I'm visiting Space Coast tomorrow to get help from Randy (also shout out to him) I didn't know I'd need to have the blades aligned depending on how my feet traveled across the ice. I feel confident leaving with these skates, and the new knowledge I've gained from Play Moore. I'm very grateful to have been fitted with y'all, I seriously appreciate you. I recommend you stop by this shop for any hockey/figure skate needs, they're on it!
