I’ve been disappointed so many times with Chinese take-out spots ever since I moved away from NY.

Kimbo is now my go-to ever since I had their sesame chicken combo! The chicken is white meat and it’s a mouthful with every bite. I feel like I’m actually eating chicken and not thick greasy breading.

5 stars for the sesame chicken!

We love this restaurant. They specialize in takeout, always give you all the stuff (like the crunchy noodles with soup without having to ask). The food is awesome; I love the hot and sour soup. They have fortune cookies, soy sauce, and chopsticks on the counter for you to pick up when leaving. Hands down great food, great Chinese Restaurant. Virtually the same people working there for years so you know it's consistently good!

We are moving our near this Chinese take out in a month so gave it a try tonight.

Hot food, great taste. Crab Rangoon’s are amazing. Only place that I have found bourbon chicken I like.

Very good Chinese takeout. Crab rangoon was great. Beef and broccoli was good, not greasy, and the sweet and sour chicken was also good. Vegetable egg rolls were tasty. Will definitely order from there again.

4/10 ordered the Hot and Sour soup... amazing. Crab rangoon again. Awesome. Changing to 5 stars

I truthfully believe this was the best chinese food I have ever eaten in my life! The egg rolls were perfectly cooked, and so flavorful I didn't even use any kind of sauce? NO SAUCE was included in my bag, but none of the food needed it. It was great!
So great, in fact, I am writing this review and this is the first time I have written a review about anywhere, let alone for a food place. I will go here every time I get the chance!

Excellent Quality, quantity, and customer service. If you're looking for great Chinese food takeout this is your place. I ordered the bourbon chicken off the dinner combo menu, subbed the pork out for chicken and got the shrimp egg roll. Zero complaints and no up charges. I'll definitely be going here more often.

Ordered Beef & Mushrooms and the Bourbon Chicken meals. Came with fried rice and egg rolls, also added a side of dumplings. The food was delivered via Door Dash and arrived hot and fresh. Food was delicious and poerions were very generous, more than enough for two adults. Chicken was very good although almost too dry, but tasted great. Egg rolls were crispy and very good and the dumplings were also delicious and full of meat. Excellent all around and recommended, will definitely reorder.

I’ve been going to this Chinese restaurant for YEARS. They always make delicious lo mein and fried rice. Like another person posted, it truly is comfort food here. And they always remember my order when I call and are very generous with sauces and drinks. I love ordering here, thank you for such delicious food♥

Great food. This area is typically not great for food but they check all the boxes.

Good food. Best to do take out. Dined in for maybe 10 min., but sticky table and rusty table and chair legs.

Just tried their chicken Lo Mein and have to say that the quality of ingredients was great so for that I'm going 5 stars. I will concur with what others are saying in that it was a little bland however once I added a little soy and pepper, Perfection!!!! I could ask that Kimbo add a little soy and other flavorings however the onus should be on the customer to season their dish to their liking...

I had the steamed dumplings and steamed chicken with broccoli. Tasted great and felt great. I’d buy it again.

Used to frequent Asian Wok and Great Wall in Viera for my Chinese take out. Great Wall has become a joke (for example, their egg rolls are about the size of a Vienna sausage). Asian Wok is still ok. However, after shopping at Publix two days ago, I decided to stop next door at Kim Bo and give it a try. Boy oh boy was I pleased! Not only is this the best Chinese take out in town, in my opinion it may very well be the best I've ever been to anywhere! Here I am two days later putting in another lunch order for the entire family! The pork fried rice is phenomenal! The egg rolls are beautifully crispy and the perfect size! Teriyaki beef on a stick appetizer is to die for! Pepper steak is great! Chicken lo mein was very tasty! I will report back after today's lunch, as we are trying a few other items on the menu!

Very friendly and accommodating, I asked for New York style fried rice instead of the yellow fried rice and it was excellent. The owner came from. The back and knew exactly what I wanted. Great food and service.

I love this place. Once they actually believed that I wanted "4-spoon" spicy I have had the best Chinese food only from here. 4-spoon is just enough to make you weep a little, soooooo good with either orange chicken, Mongolian Beef and General Tzo's anything.

Broccoli Shrimp and Fried Rice with Egg Roll --- zeeelishious! Their food is less oily and fatty than other places and they don't skimp on the shrimp/pork/chicken/etc. This is my go-to Chinese restaurant, and they're fast!

Best wonton soup in the area, and I love the pepper chicken.

This is my absolute favorite place for Chinese food! We have been coming here since they opened. The staff is always friendly and the food is delicious, the best I've had from Melbourne to Merritt Island!

Best Chinese fast food place I be been too.
Rice is really good. Portions are good.
I try alot of the different lunch menus and they are all Good. Thumbs up.
