The ace hardware in my town is awesome. The staff are very knowledgeable on the layout of the store. When I ask where an item is they can tell me the exact section right off the top of their heads. Most of the staff are also knowledgeable when it comes to general repair. If the person you are asking for advise on what to get doesnt know they often can reffer you to another staff member who does know what you need. The prices of every day things is very reasanble honestly I see no reason not to shop their first insted of my local walmart If i need any tool. I love the front of the stores selection of plants.

Too bad the owner of the Chiefland store doesn't do anything with the employees attitudes from the manager trickling down to the employees. He owns both stores.
I suggest if you really want the best place, go to Trenton.

The friendly and helpful staff assisted me with the purchase and programming of a duplicate key for my car. It was less expensive than the car dealership and I didn’t have to drive to Gainesville.

They are awesome, I visit Trenton Hardware for just about everything. I do a lot of diy things and they always seem to have just what I need and expert advice!

I love going in Trenton Hardware (Ace). The people are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the aisles are labeled so you will know where things are, but if you can't find it the associate will be glad to help you.

I had a very knowledgeable staff that was willing to do surgery on my little turtle keychain and we took him apart replaced the battery making it brighter as he could possibly be and get his little speaker working bought extra batteries bought me a specialty screwdriver to take him apart the staff couldn't have been more helpful I will always come back here for my service thank you and my turtle thanks you!!

I received exceptional service this past Saturday morning from Casey. Brought my Stihl chainsaw in for a new chain, he took it a step further and checked and repaired issues , and had me out the door in twenty minutes. The price charged was very reasonable and I was very appreciative of the fast and friendly service . Lori was also very friendly to chat with while waiting for the repair. Even though I live two hours away, Trenton Hardware will be my go to for my Stihl needs. Thanks Casey !

Was looking for a hot water heater, went to several hardware stores. Ace waste only place withe the helpful hardware man, person. No other was helpful to find the one i needed except Ace. Next time I will start my looking at Ace
