AT&T Store

First of Kim is ABSOLUTELY amazing. When I called before I went up there she was nice over the phone. Then she was an absolute joy to be around when I went into the store. She had exactly what I needed and made sure that I had all the gift bags that came along with them. She worked fast and diligently as well as making me feel like someone she knew personally.. I have been when ATT for about 6 years and I never go in the stores to get products but I had too for these and I’m glad I did. Kim was amazing and if I ever need anything or an issue and I have to go in the store I would choose this store and Kim any day over another location. She needs a raise. Thank You Kim💖💖

A very pleasant day at the Middleburg store. Needed to upgrade an older A52 and Kim was very helpful in helping us choose from various options available.

Jacob and Lucas were amazing at the middleburg fl store. So patient and helpful. While we were in there there
Were 2 irate men came in upset with AT and T and these guys did everything they could to help and still remained professional. They deserve recognized. Jacob was also asked by one of the rude men to call him a cab, Jacob did. Then the man wanted him to call back using his personal cell so the man would know when the cab was coming. Above and beyond even after the man personally attacked him verbally.

Exceptional service at the AT&T store! The staff at this location went above and beyond to assist me with all of my inquiries and needs.

Had an issue getting my wife’s phone eSIM activation. Talked with chat for the past 5 days and they kept saying wait 48 hours. I walk into the store and Lucas helped me within 10 minutes I’m walking out problem solved. I can finally rest now when I get home. Who knows, might even get lucky tonight! Thanks again Lucas! You’re awesome dude!

I visited the store after 16 days of dealing with the customer service on the phone. Corbin Weaver was not only professional but was willing to take the time with my issue. He called the customer care number, identified himself as an employee and was able to understand the language the person spoke. I have to appreciate, Corbin, John from the customer care line, Josh the agent that came to the house, Andrew the technician that took time to explain and assist with my problem.
The customer service that I dealt with for 16 days, poor service.
