We hadn’t exceptional experience at Best Price. We were looking for a dresser to match our current bedroom set. They had what we wanted and it was in stock so we took it the very same day. Chris Smith was our sales rep and was incredibly helpful and most importantly gave us a freaking awesome deal. Make sure you ask for him He will definitely hook you up. Very happy with our dresser and our experience. We will be buying all of our furniture from them from now on.

Needed a replacement for a 9 yeR old couch that had gotten broken. They found an almost exact match! Replacement arrived earlier than expected. Great guys to work with!

We had a terrible experience with a big box store. So we decided to give Best Price a chance (should have came here first) and I will say best experience ever! Phil was fantastic and very helpful. We were able to buy a sectional yesterday and get it delivered last night. All in one day is so unheard of with these "bigger stores". Give this place a chance! I will definitely be back and purchase more. Thanks for a great experience from the buying to the delivery.

I must say that I shopped for weeks and they made my experience take a 180 on the right direction. They were working with me on the prices and selections. Ike was very detailed and thorough & knew the products. His customer service alone will have my returned business. Remember you only hear one side of the story and after reading these reviews it really does tell the tale of a bad experience will spread but a satisfied customer usually doesn’t post. Go and check this place out for yourself. After visiting every furniture store in northeastern Florida, they had the best price, selection and availability. You’ll have my business again!

I bought a leather sectional and the price was so great that I felt like I got it at cost. Best place to find nice furniture for a reasonable price. Although there was an error in the availability of an on-line item I ordered, once the issue was identified, Mr. Harper at Best Price Furniture followed-up, communicated openly and honestly about what happened, and ensured a refund was promptly issued. Wonderful customer service and integrity.

I seen a lot of nice things that was out of my budget at Ashley furniture. I drove past this wholesale warehouse ( Best Price Furniture ) and met the store manger Matt who not only found the stuff I seen at Ashley but also saved me over $1800 on my bedroom group. I was more than happy with the service and will be back!

This place has got the best prices, and if you find one better they will beat it. We have bought our couches and recliner from there. Then my dad moved here from Miami and we took him there to purchase loveseat, bedroom furniture and mattresses. Great furniture and the customer service is always amazing! Highly recommend this place!

We bought a couch a year and a few months ago, we just noticed that the arm of the couch split inside the fabric creating a dip in the arm and on the back of the couch a piece of the frame had come undone— we called the store and they asked us to bring a copy of the receipt and pictures of the issues, we did that, they then offered us the same couch as replacement , no charge but when they didn’t have it in stock they offered us a store credit for another couch and are coming to pick up our defective couch, Paul is always super nice and knowledgeable and Steve negotiated a price for us as the new couch we picked out was a little more than our in store credit we had. I put more value into a rating when a company or business is tested with a problem or mistake. We all make mistakes, but how we handle them is what separates us.

I purchased an outdoor table and chair set for $2,000. It had to be manufactured and ordered.

Chairs and table arrived earlier than the two week estimate. When I began the assembly process, I noticed one of the table pieces was machined incorrectly, rendering the piece useless. Two of the four seats didn’t have holes drilled where there were supposed to be holes.

I picked up the phone and called phill and explained the problem. He was very apologetic and said he would get right back to me.

Within the hour, phil called me back with an acceptable solution. He had me text him a picture of the faulty pieces and had the manufacturer re-make the pieces the next day. They overnighted the pieces directly to my house.

Phil and Steve called me each day to update me with what was going on.

Despite the error during the manufacturing process, I couldn’t be more happier with how this was handled , especially during the covid-19 period when people are hard to find.

We’re very pleased with the table set but extremely pleased with the way this company stands by their customers.

If you are looking for quality furniture at a good price this is a great place to shop! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a large inventory to choose from too.

Skip and Paul worked with me on a sofa. So went back month later and bought table from Ike. As I save money I will differently go back. I’ve also recommended to friends.

My wife and I bought a new king mattress set Saturday and the experience with Steve and Phil was great. We love the bed and will shop there again.
