5 stars all the way! This is the place for anyone that enjoys having their pharmacist AND staff not only call you by name because they know you, but also be on top of all your meds for both me and my wife...and we have quite a few! Fast service, zero lines, and friendly to a personal level. At first, I was concerned with their limited hours but haven't had a problem yet!

RxPert is a private pharmacy that only takes on a certain amount of people in order to ensure that their clients' medications will always be available to them, as the pharmacy receives a limited supply of medications each month (especially controlled meds such as narcotics or benzodiazepines). I was actually turned away the first time I went there due to them not accepting new clients at that time. Now, I am a long-time customer, and I have never been treated poorly. I have Medicare from disability at only 30 years of age, yet I have never felt or been discriminated against. The staff is very kind and helpful. They have even helped me out during difficult times when they had no obligation to do so. I am surprised that the reviews I'm seeing are all describing experiences in which people were treated with disrespect, apathy and even name calling. That is not the staff that I know. Maybe something has changed in the past year or so since the last review. I am not trying to discredit anyone else's experiences. I have personally only ever enjoyed the best of care and customer service from RxPert, and I felt the need to share my experience so others may know that it is not all bad.

LOVE THIS PLACE! Ive been treated like im a worthless, nasty drug addict every place i go to get my pain meds, but NOT HERE! Everyone was so kind & welcoming. The pharmacist even came out & had a nice chat with me. Im never ever leaving this place! EVER!

Normally feel looked down on as if I'm a drug addict when filling my pain meds.. first time visit last wk I was in awe as to the warm welcome I received from Debbie at the counter. This is the place y'all.

The pharmacist was one of the most caring people I have ever met. The entire staff was fabulous. This is how a business should be. Thank you...

Very nice facility very nice facility always had medication meeting and if they don't they really take care of it in a timely manner staff is very friendly and helpful

They are friendly, never had a problems.very good customer service, if there is a problem they do everything they can to fix it.

CAN'T GO WRONG!!! Super fast. Availability nearly perfect for 5+years! Staff dedicated but with that they lost a little personality, I Loved that when I 1st started with them; it could be me cuz I definitely talk TOO much. Can't blame them for that, most people do not socialize like we used to do here in the South! :(..... I even comment too much.

Always call u about your meds,always willing to help.

As a future pharm tech myself, one of the first things we learned was to not yell anyones script aloud. Name of med and mg were yelled back at me for confirmation. It threw me off so bad. There wasnt anyone inside at the time but that isnt the point. Whether there’s 5 people or 50, that kind of stuff is confidential and personal. Its the first and last time I will step foot in this pharmacy. Besides that the ladies at the front were ok to speak to.

Closing the entire store the day before Christmas Eve without updating your online hours is a major disservice to people who absolutely have to have certain medications without going sick. My prescription is now locked in your system until Monday and there's nothing I can do about it but go into withdrawal and suffer

I've been on the same pain meds for my 4 bulging discs. The woman on the phone told me that I had to be on several "non-controlled" substances in order to fill my "controlled" substances. I've never heard of this before. When I asked the woman to explain how this works (I was under the impression that it was a 1:1 ratio). Her tone changed to a sarcastic pitch and said "No, that's not what I said. I said "several" non-controlled. As in water pills or allergy medication. Just to prove that you're not just being treated for "pain"".

RXPert is discriminatory towards under insured Government programs. The manager calls you names, she treats you like trash if you are affiliated with Gov programs. She deserves to be laid off and taken out of her silver spoon lifestyle for 1 week to see how it feels to be treated in my world.

I actually left this pharmacy crying because the ladies that work there are so rude. They need to learn how to speak to customer's with respect and get rid of their "Oh well I don't know what to tell you" attitude. Which is exactly what one said to me.
