Davmarie and Rachel are the greatest! I recently rented a unit which I got at unbelievable price and they had it cleaned out and ready to move in immediately. They are very helpful with anything I need they keep the property very nice and clean and keep all the rubbish out of here, very personable, they always say hi to me they know who I am every time I come here they make a point to say hi to me which I love and I feel safe every time I come here I know I’m not gonna get robbed when I’m in my unit which is open 24 hours a day, which is amazing you really can’t beat the price or the people keep up the good work

I have to say Rachel has the best Customer Care ever! I have been in the industry almost all my life and it is a lost art to find Customer Care nowadays! She listened carefully to my needs, she shared with me all of the specials and was quick to help me problem solve! The facility was clean and she was eager to help in anyway that she could! Nowadays, when everybody is looking to price gouge Rachel and U-Store are actually looking to help people! I would highly recommend them!

Always good. Friendly. Both of them. Clean. Helpful. Always, always, always very willing to help the first ones to ask you if you need help. And they have even encouraged me to move my storage from another facility to here because I enjoy this facility so much. Really and truly it was the customer service that made the difference

The staff is super nice. The lady at the front desk is always greeting customers with a smile, and she never fails to put a smile on my face. Super kind, and the lady in the front is working so hard. She definitely deserves a raise or at least employee of the month. Ty guys so much for everything you do

Always nice! Very helpful! Always have an answer to every question I ask! Even helped me find more storage when they didn't have what I needed at first. Then I was able to move my things the very next day! Will pass along to my associates for future business needs!

Rachel is so kind and accommodating and will do anything in her ability to go above and beyond for anyone she made my experience so smooth and easy her customer service is off the charts I will recommend anyone I can to this location the best rates and security I have ever experienced with a storage facility if you are in the Jacksonville Beach area and need storage you really need to give this place a call I would leave 10 stars if I could!!!!!!!

This particular location always helps me this store Always answers the phone Always helps me Always answers all my Questions This particular location always helps me I have another storage at another store and they never answer the phone and they are never helpful don't ever want to help me always look at me like an inconvenience this store Always answers the phone Always helps me Always answers all my Questions and I went to my other storage to pay and I saw that my other storage the lady that Run that store got employee of the month and if You ask me She does not deserve that She never do nothing that looks to me that is worthy of such recognition and I have been with both stores for a long time I really believe that someone else deserves something like that more that has put more hard work into it. This makes me so mad I want to call corporate myself I never get help from this store they always dismiss me is the lim Turner location Beach boulevard is the best in my opinion they always do everything in their power to do anything and everything they need to do to make sure they help anyone I've seen it with my own eyes every time I come there or every time I call they always ask me if I need anything just ask at least they answer the phone and I always feel safe and I know my things are in the right place I need to move all my storage this way I'm tired of seeing lim turner do this to me and I have friends who say the same thing make me sick to see such negligence for work :(

The customer service was great and they were very nice to my son and I.They were able to get done exactly what we needed to get done and we were able to get in and out with exactly what we needed.

These are just the nicest and helpful ladies and I really appreciate that! Sadly you just don't seem to find that very often anymore. I also like the security they have there. You of course have to put your code in to get in but also when you want to get out. I like that and of course the security cameras. Great job ladies 💯 and U-Store!😊👏

We use U-Stor for our business needs (Simply Clean Jax). We've been very pleased with the service and the staff that manage this location are absolutely awesome. They have been extremely helpful. The security features at this facility give us the peace of mind we need. The whole property is very well kept as well. Highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Very friendly owners! The storage grounds are attractive and security system works great. They have new roofs on all the storage units and the location is centrally located. Easy access anytime w your own security code. Looking for a local Realtor? Lara

The customer service was outstanding and the prices were great compared to the other places I was shopping around!! Definitely recommend!!!

Simple outside storage units with a gate that has a code to get in and leave. We showed up at 1am and actually had to call them to get a lock off of our storage unit and hey we're there in less than 5 minutes. Very pleased set up and location and friendlyness of owners.

Best place for your storage needs. The Brown's are terrific managers. So accommodating and personable. Exceptionally clean area. Don't go anywhere else but U-Stor Self Storage!
