Great Best Buy experience at the Town Center store. Took forever to order it online for instore pickup. But my order was ready in less time than it took to drive to the store, and I was inside less than 10 min. All in all it took longer to charge my new drone than to buy it. Great job Best Buy...

I purchased a new iPhone today and a young lady named Salon went above and beyond to help me. Salon is very knowledgeable and polite. In the past, I had bad experiences with the Town Center, Best Buy. I’m a believer now. They are amazing!!!

Came in to buy a TV. Shout out to TUCKER, was knowledgeable and helped me get the right TV within my budget. Ask for TUCKER if you are shopping for a TV.

This is a decent Best Buy in a convenient location with lots of parking. There are a number of restaurants I frequent in this plaza and this location is close to a very big shopping district, so I am able to swing by Target and the Louis Vuitton store before or after stopping at this Best Buy.

I recently visited the Best Buy store and was absolutely impressed by the friendly atmosphere, quick assistance, and knowledgeable staff. Their willingness to go above and beyond to help customers is commendable. Without a doubt, this Best Buy location has earned my full five stars! I would like to point out the profound customer service by everyone working.

Great place. Am getting away from cable one set at a time so needed an indoor antenna. Sales folks were super informative and friendly. Purchased the unit below for $59.00 + tax with a 65 mile radius range... will let you know if it works. Parking is fine and again plenty of knowledgeable sales folks from the second you walk in.

Update tried the Antenna and regretfully didn't pull in two of the four major stations but several shopping and Spanish stations. Not any fault of Best Buy just poor antenna reception and availability.

I have been buying computers for my office for years and years. I bet 10 or so over the last 15 years.

This was my first time ever buying a home appliance from them.

My wife picked out a side by side and thought she would love it.

Upon delivery and set up dread set in as she realized the new unit would not even come close to holding everything she had just emptied out of the old unit.

Ouch

But she pressed on and tried to love it. Long story short, the unit was just too small.

As promised, before the 15 days were up she went in and picked out a larger capacity unit, paid the difference and with in a few days Best Buy picked up the original refrigerator and unpacked and set up the new one.

It was truly an amazing experience.

Customer service was excellent and this store policy made me a customer for life.

I had an amazing experience at town center Best Buy a few weeks ago Tiffany was an amazing help at store #1790 she helped me recover a ton of lost points and resolved my issues that I had at Best Buy on Southside I highly recommend coming to this Best Buy as I’ve never had any major issues here

Everytime I come to Best Buy I get the best service Tucker was amazing showing me the home Theater systems and when I needed my phones repaired Chris and Alanah have been nothing but amazing during the process they are defiantly good assets to this company very knowledgeable employees

Great store commas I've never really had any issues there they always have a great selection of open box and tend to always have enough employees on hand that you can generally always get somebody's attention.

Fantastic store!!!! A manager named Salon helped me and my family with a big tv purchase. She was very patient and knowledgeable. She treated us like family and not just like a customer. That really meant a lot. And the warehouse guys were very fast and efficient. And a young lady name Ty was also very helpful. I love the dynamics of the work culture at this location. I will be back because of that. Thank you town center for your stellar customer service!!!!

Just got a new TV and stove and walked out the door decisions made and all of the purchases finished in less than an hour. Sam Bush was fast and efficient! Can’t beat free installation.

Best Buy ultimately corrected this issue and contacted me and allowed me to return the phone for a full credit. Tha o you Best Buy for doing the right thing.

I've always preferred Best Buy for all my electronics. They just have the best service and such by their merch.

I wanna start by saying Sam was amazingly helpful and kind. After being told my online order was actually not in store, he spent the time to double check and found it. He also helped us push our order through quickly with the online system. This was also later in the night, I'm super appreciative of his help and kindness.

Always like shopping at Best Buy at the town enter. Geek squad appointments easy to set and always kept as expected. Today Brendan fulfilled an appointment today - always professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a job well done!

Bought a 1TB internal drive the other day. Staff ( 1 person I forget the name of ) was very helpful.
