Rooms To Go - Orange Park

I highly recommend rooms to go for your furniture needs. Carlos was extremely patient and kind. He assisted us 30 minutes before closing and never rushed us. He was very thorough and told us everything to expect for delivery. Ask for Carlos!

UPDATE 1/12/24
Not only did Justin give excellent customer service, but what we purchased went on sale a few days after our purchase. Justin made sure we got credit for the sale price and the difference was placed back on our credit card. Way to go, Justin!

Also, as a sidenote, when I came back into the store and I asked one of his coworkers that I was looking for Justin, “the party boy,” his coworker said… Justin doesn’t drink.
Just to clarify what I meant by “party boy” was…, he really enjoyed his family at the holidays so much that he lost his voice. Drinking was NEVER in my thought process.
I certainly don’t want to give Justin a reputation that he hasn’t earned. 🥴

I guess I should’ve nicknamed him, Justin, the best sales person I’ve ever dealt with. 😊 he earned that one. 👑🤴

We visited Rooms to Go after going to three other furniture stores. We met JUSTIN MARTIN and he showed us around with no pressure whatsoever. (SO REFRESHING) He let us lounge on the couches and we tested them out longer than most people would do. We tested every button, bell and whistle it had to offer. Justin said it was nice to see people actually testing out the furniture as if it was in their living room. We went back to a couple the other furniture stores to double test the comfort levels from our top pics at the other stores and came back to Rooms to Go and specifically asked for Justin. He was busy with another customer, but we wanted to wait on him for our purchase. This time we brought our blanket that we use at home to test to make sure it didn’t slide off the leather couch.🥴🤣
We made ourselves comfortable on the couch with our blanket while waiting for Justin and confirmed our decision was right. We nicknamed Justin, the party boy, since his voice was hoarse from the holidays with family. Such a great guy to do business with.
We can’t wait for our delivery so we can start enjoying our purchase. If we need anything else we are definitely going back and asking for ……..

I have never been to this Rooms To Go location and I’m glad I found it. Logan was the young man that helped me and he was absolutely wonderful. I am not easy to deal with when I am shopping and he was very patient and did not rush me or push me in any way. I recommend that if you shop at this location that you ask for Logan as he is a very knowledgeable and nice young man to work with.

Mark D. Was fantastic! Greeted us upon arrival, allowed us time to discuss privately when necessary, gave us great options, and helped us close with ease. What a coincidence that he was from New York also, so that helped the process with small banter. Very professional and would recommend to anyone going here for help.

Deva was awesome! Patient and kind. He allowed us to try out every piece without pressure and was there when we were ready to finalize our purchase. Ask for him!

The staff is incredibly friendly. Jimmy worked with me personally and we went over all possible routes to a beautiful piece of furniture. He didn’t leave anything out to make sure I got what I wanted. There are so many options available for your right budget and lifestyle. Definitely a “come again” store.

Logan was amazing at helping my husband and I complete our home look. Great customer service skills and very professional. He really took his time to ensure we were satisfied with each piece.

Our overall experience was fine. When we end up the store we met Abe, he introduced himself and directed us to where we wanted to go. He asked us to come back to see him after we found what we were looking for or needed help finding what we were looking for. He was very patient and knew his products I was really impressed!

Logan provided us with an awesome service, he was really professional, made the process super smooth and simple. Showed us different options in a way that benefits the customer, We really appreciate the service and we recommend him 100%.

James was super knowledgeable about the product and handled the entire process with professionalism and tact. I knew what I was looking for and he pointed me right to it, entire purchase took about 15 minutes from the time I walked into the store and leaving an extremely satisfied customer. Mr Deva is a very professional young man. I was in your store 1/03/2024 not knowing anything about furniture (I'm 63) @ this age. This young man greeted me @ the door an put my mind ease and, he reassure me that he help would me with some modern-day furniture. He truly help me pick out what I want, by showing me what you'll had available. He has a sense of humor that you will remember even after you're long gone. I highly recommend this young for a salesmans award or a gift card. He truly is an asset to your company. Also I was a little clumsy today and took a fall in your establishment. (MY FAULT) and he did everything humanly possible to make sure I was alright, even to the point of preventing my head from hitting the floor. So I tell you this much. Highly recommended working with Justin if you visit this location. He was super kind, knowledgable, and overall really great to work with! He was patient- as we went back and forth on a couple couch’s. But he showed us all the options and even moved cushions around so we could visualize what we wanted.

I couldn't ask for a better experience with Rooms to Go. We have purchased multiple times over the years with them and they never disappoint!! I ordered couches online, they were delivered on time and the guys were excellent! Had to return and trade for different couches, delivery guys again were excellent and Victoria was over the top with the customer service she provided!!! Love Rooms to Go and the furniture is great quality.

My experience so far with RTG has been positive. I was greeted upon entering the showroom, asked if I needed help, but courteously left , per my request, to browse the showroom unaccompanied. I was then re-engaged by a very polite and respectful salesman named Robert T, who walked with me, answered my questions and concerns and proceeded to explain every step of the purchased process. He did not “hard sell” me, which I so appreciated. He also respectfully and politely answered questions via telephone a few days later. The delivery process was smooth, informed and professional. I love my new comfortable furniture and hope it lasts as long as my previous.

Deva was very attentive but didn’t linger over us. We were able to ask him questions and he allowed us to browse the store. Nice experience.

I haven't been here since we 1st moved to Jacksonville back 2018 so I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised at the selection they had this time around. They had so much to choose from, the decor pieces were absolutely beautiful the place was so clean and easy to shop. It looks bigger than I remembered to be honest. Mark greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and gave us the rundown of what they offered and how things were set up. He was so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process but he gave us enough space to just do our thing. No pushy salesman thing going on at all and it was so refreshing. He was absolutely amazing and such a delight to work with. We came in not expecting to find anything and ended up loving quite a few of the pieces. We decided on which couch we wanted and Mark took great care of us and made checkout super easy and let us know our couch would be delivered in a week. Can't wait to actually see it in our space. Didn’t plan on my wife finding her dream couch when we went out to casually look at a few places…but she did. Rooms To Go had exactly what my wife had envisioned for our new couch. Jim made this a seamless, easy process, made us feel like family, and helped us customize the couch to our needs. We are very excited for our new couch to be delivered!!! Great store with great employees! We walked in knowing we needed a new mattress. Clint met us at the door, told us how to find all the mattresses, and let us take our time finding just the right one. He even answered a lot of questions and provided insight into the different types of mattresses we were trying. In the end, we found the one for us, and Clint finalized the sale. Thank you, Clint!
