Driven by it hundreds of times and finally stopped. Glad I did. Ordered a sandwich. "Mike's Masterpiece ", grilled chicken breast, bacon cheddar, LTO, honey mustard on a warm kaiser roll. Excellent. Comes with a small bag of chips and pickle wedge. I'll be back to try some of the other enticing sandwiches.

Absolutely great people!!! The best subs ever!!! Not to mention the desserts!!! So much to see within this shop... the wide variety of Virginia wines and even hot sauces... love this place!!!

Piedmont deli is the best deli Madison has to offer, and has been for many years. Call ahead if you're in a hurry during lunch hours because they will be busy. Best lunch in town.

Stopped by here on the way to Charlottesville to grab a sandwich. I bought an Italian sub and it was fantastic. It was everything I was hoping for, and more. The sub also came with a pickle and Utz regular chips. And it was wrapped up ready to go! Can't ask for more. Will frequent again.

Have been here a few times. Every time I have been here the staff is nice and friendly and the food is great as well! Great job!

Been getting sandwiches from here for quite a while, delish.

The food is always fresh and delicious! It's been my favorite place to grab a sub since I was a kid and now my kids love it too! Our favorites are The Torpedo, The Steak & Cheese, and the m.t.o. turkey is delicious any way you order it.

Our daughter raves about this place and we finally got to try it on our day off. It was delicious, I had the steak and cheese and my wife ordered the American. We ordered ahead for pickup service was friendly, store is nice and clean and staff was friendly. Prices are good, sandwiches come with chips and a pickle and have a gracious amount of meats, cheese and toppings not sloppy but not skimpy. We will definitely be back.

If you haven't been, go. Go now. Run. Forget pants, forget brushing your hair, just.. grab your wallet and order a sandwich. Any sandwich. You won't leave unhappy, or hungry....

Oh, and they have Peaks of Otter wine. Trust me, buy two bottles. One will disappear before you realize you opened it.

And, okay... maybe put on the pants.

What a nice surprise this place is! My Hubs and I stumbled across it at lunch time and shared a delicious roast beef and Swiss sub! Yum! I highly recommend this deli.

Fantastic tuna salad on a croissant! I abolutely LOVED the dill in the mix, it was differnt, and appreciated. We are from a differnt part of VA, and we came here for lunch when it was recommend by a local veterinarian who we were visiting. We placed a huge order, everything was fast, delicious, the shop was really cool, with beautiful paintings, and prints for sale, as well as other local products. Even the drink selection was interesting! I was glad that I took the ride for the order, because the shop had so much to look at.
This is place worth the trip, if you live anywhere near, or even if you dont!

First time here. Getting ready to move to Madison and this place is right down the road from my new house. Great portion sizes and sub tasted great. They have a little craft beer and wine section as well which is an added bonus. Definitely will be back

Came to visit and found this hidden gem. If you haven't visited this place, it's a shame. Run, walk, bike, or vehicle yourself to indulge! It is worth it, and won't regret it later.

Great food made fresh from sandwiches & sides to pizza & desserts. I recommend the Reuben! Some eat-in dining available. Cold cuts, Specialty wine & brews. Browse artwork & gifts. This little local gem has it all!

I always love the Deli. My favorite is the club. Everything we have ordered has been delicious . We've been eating here when in town for decades, just introduced my cousins to the place. They liked it too!
