Autumn & Seth were incredible tonight. Extremely kind, compassionate, and helpful compared to the experience I had at a different location.

The store on 23rd street gave me the wrong size windshield wipers, and told me my battery wasn’t able to be tested.

Seth was able to get me the right size, install them for me, and test my battery with no problem at all. He was awesome. I’ll be going back to this location if I need anything else in the future.

Always friendly and nice. Cheapest prices usually compared to competitor stores and they also allow you to gain points for every purchase over $20.

They were able to swap out my battery that was still under warranty, but had gone out and get me back on the road.

Clean and orderly store. The help is very knowledgeable about all they sell. We needed a battery and they were very helpful.

I had a bad experience since night with my vehicle so I decided to stop by auto zone in Callaway with my husband .I met bobs , the only female there and trust me she was incredible.. she assisted us in every way necessary.. she was very friendly, welcoming and knows how to ensure that your matters are resolved… so applaud 👏 to u my dear you did a fabulous job helping us tonight . Auto zone is the best !!!

My wife and I came in to AutoZone after having a really bad day at Honda Dealership. Babs, manager I believe, helped us with our questions. She was extremely kind, very patient, answered all of our questions, and most importantly, helped us solve our issue. We left the store 200% happy. Thank you Babs for everything you did for us. In search of a key fob replacement (NOT EASY) decently priced. Called Parker Florida store, spoke with Babs.... Friendly, Awesome Communication Skills, located needed item, made sure it was on the self prior to a trip wasted, explained item instructions, WOW..... DID I SAY WOW!?!? THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! 🌞

UPDATE: Was not the correct Fob, NOT upset with Babs. Manufacturing issue. Will be back

This is the best parts store I have experienced in a very long time ..always very friendly and professional service ...they really know what their doing ..and if I may say Cody is the best..he is awesome ..they always give advice and they ask what's going on to make sure you don't buy a part you don't need ..I live across town but I am definitely willing to make that drive for even the smallest item ..I now can not imagine going to any other parts store ..they won me over ...it's definitely worth the drive ..stop by and ask for Cody..you won't be disappointed..

Very helpful staff. Clean store..prices could be better though on the car washing supplies. And the oil..man it's like 5 bucks more then last visit. Come on barrels of oil come on down now...

AutoZone in Parker, FL had both items in stock that I needed today.
The associate was very helpful and efficiently checked me out smiling even as I added a candy bar and a drink.
The store was very clean and busy. I was helped immediately as I walked in the store. I sure appreciated not having to wait.
So be sure to call them and recommend your friends to this local business, I am for sure.

Love AutoZone so 5 stars but the employees there 0⭐ they were rude. Not ANY way customer oriented. Didn't even ask if I was a rewards member and I've been faithfully fir over 8years. I hope it wasn't because I was a female.
