This review is for Pat and Zack, I went in today to get a generator and the one that I wanted was on the top shelf. Anyone who has been going to Home Depot for a while knows that if you need something from up high it is going to take a while to get it. I was pleasantly surprised when I went t up to Pat and said that I wanted this generator and immediately she went and got Zack with the fork lift and it was down by the time I went t and got the flat bed from the garden center and got back. Also I didn’t get his name but the young man that helped me load the generator was very professional and even took the flat bed from my car and put it back from me. So all I want to say is thank you and these 3 need a promotion.

The cashier's name was Shelley! She helped my husband and myself sign up for our military 🪖🎖 discount. So very patient with us and super helpful! Thanks you Ms. Shelley!

I always use this Home Depot. I just have a hard time looking at all the caged tools. I understand the reason, and it's probably going to get worse.

Top tier level of customer service. I received the assistance I needed to complete the project with zero return trips to the store. That's how thorough and comprehensive the service was.

I stopped in to get a 3/4 lever faucet. Lowes had none. Staff greeted me and asked if I needed help. I found the faucet, paid at self checkout, and left. The store was clean and organized.

Love this store. It's like going on a vacation.

This review is solely for a shout out to one of the best staff members in this store. I walked in as soon as they opened on Saturday, April 1st. I was greeted by Tamre Grace in the Garden Center. She asked if she could help with anything and I told her I needed mulch and pine straw. She pointed to the side of the entry and said “we have some 50% off since the bags are damaged.” I said “I’ll take it.” I was purchasing the items for my 80+ yo mother who has the military discount and was sent away from the register the night before by a young female clerk. I expected to have issues getting the discount but Tamre Grace made it happen effortlessly. This is what HD should strive for in ALL their staff. The young people could learn from people who have been in the work force all their life and know what it takes to provide customer service to the patrons who keep businesses like this thriving. I hope management will give accolades to Tamre Grace for such a remarkable job of making my yard work run an easy success.

Good place to shop. Usually find what you need. Seems like they have extra help now, I guess in time for the holidays. It would be nice to have retired plumbers and electricians working there so they can help advise you as to the right products for the job that needs to be done. In this day and time people have to try to do it themselves because they can't afford to hire the job out.

Since I use a wheelchair I give myself plenty of time to shop. On this occasion I bought what I came for and while checking out I decided to go see what the garden department had in stock. While remaining in budget I found a treasure trove of delightfully brilliant colors and new indoor planters that work well with indoor planting for my dream indoor garden!!
Along the way the electric car basket, filled with plants, didn't have room for the heavy mulch and pebbles I desired. I found an amenable older woman named Pat that helped quite a bit! Thank you Pat!
But I also found an extremely helpful, very delightful young man that stuck with me through checkout and loaded everything in the car for me!! I know his name but he had a noticeable gate issue in his walk, talking extra large steps to accommodate it. I can't express how relieved I was to find such an employee!!!!!! Please give this man a raise!! I know you could never pay that kind of employee enough!!! Wow. I'm impressed and will keep shopping at that location!!!

No complaints. This location is way more quiet than the one's where I'm from in Atlanta, so it's pleasant to go in, take my time, wander around a bit, and no line at checkout.

Store 6369 in Fleming Island FL, is the only place I will shop. The Customer service desk is amazing. The lady and bearded dude that does the tool rentals could not be better. This store has an incredible approach to customer service. It's not the products or the pricing that earn my loyalty. It's the people that work there. Never once had a bad experience. This store gets it right.

I love home Depot, they have A-Z of things you want or need for any job in your future or present time. Let your imagination soar as you go through the isle's. I'm not a big builder but I know if I want to all the materials I need will be there. Also the people are so helpful.

The trip was very very good. I really enjoyed the staff this time. As a retired vet I am disabled and staff assisted me whenever I had a question and went to go retrieve some items that I could not get to in time because I had a meeting. Preston Buchanan the rep was very very helpful. He pointed out where everything was and went to go retrieve some items needed. Thank you guys for making my home project easier for me

Everything i go here its always good, the people are friendly and I love the atmosphere. I could spend half the day just looking around.

Got my first artificial Christmas tree!

I love coming here. I always end up spending like 2 hours when I shop here. Anyways let's get to the point. The workers were friendly. I needed some wood and they cut it for me so I could fit it in my car. They have a large selection of pretty much everything and I love it quite a bit. The only downside that I don't like Is my wife yelling at me for taking too long lol.
